Minors and Brady have been very helpful with the sale of our cottage. The whole team have been great but the person who was allocated to us with the sale of our cottage was Cassandra. She kept us in touch and chased the buyer's Solicitors whenever they had to. Well done and Thank you Cassandra Creak!

Bought a property via Minors & Brady. The whole team were great from start to completion. The sales team were very tentative and understood our needs perfectly. The targeted emails we received from them were spot on with our requirements. Again, the after sales care we received from Cassandra Creak was also great. The regular phone calls and emails received from her kept us fully informed on the current sales progression immediately affecting us plus news on the rest of the chain. Would definitely recommend their services to others.

The purchase of our first home has been a complete whirlwind. The first property we viewed, we fell in love with and now we’re moving into it just 12 weeks later (and that was with Christmas in between) Connie was an absolute star. Arranging viewings for us, checking in daily too see how we both felt and if they could do any more for us. She is an asset to the team. We would also like to mention that Rosie and the rest of the team have been great throughout our purchase transaction and everyone has always gone above & beyond to help with any of our queries. My praise here goes to your after sales team…predominantly Rosie Turley. Simply put, without her tenacity, hard work (at least twice contacting me out of her normal working hours to ensure this sale held together) and her patience (which was tried way beyond human boundaries by our buyer’s solicitor!) this sale would not have crossed the line. Minors and Brady you are very, very lucky to have her! She kept us calm and sane at THE most trying of times. Would highly recommend your services. Thank you and a very Merry Christmas to you all. X

I have to say we had an amazing experience with Minors & Brady; once we'd signed up, they sent up property updates that matched our specific requirements and within a week we saw the property we wanted. The vendor wanted a quick turnaround and we were able to move quickly and the whole process took 2 months!!! Rosie supported us through the aftersales process and helpfully provided contacts to removals firms. The whole team at Minors & Brady made our experience as mature First Time Buyers really stress free.

Rosie Turley has been great - as have all at Minors & Brady. This was my first time buying a house and I ended up choosing a solicitor who was... not the best. Rosie was great at chasing things up and ensuring that the deal got done. On her side, communications were transparent, informative and friendly. She was hardworking, easy to get hold of, understanding, and eager to be helpful - which was really reassuring for a first-time buyer when everything is so new. So yes, I would definitely recommend Rosie and Minors & Brady.
