Cassandra Creak at Minors and Brady was our aftersales progressor. We have used Minors and Brady before and both times they were excellent from our initial involvement with them until completion. Cassandra was really good and kept us informed of the progress at regular intervals. We had some challenges with the transaction (Not Minors!) and Cassandra was quick to offer help and advice. She would also liaise with each parties solicitors to ensure these challenges were not overlooked and dealt with as quick as possible. Moving homes is always stressful so reach out to Cassandra and Minors and Brady to try and reduce the stress. Thanks

Thank you so much to the Minors and Brady team in Caister, particularly Sarah and Mia who have been amazing in selling our property. Our experience with them has been great and they have been so supportive. They have been proactive in selling our property and arranged a lot of viewings in a short amount of time which has resulted in a relatively quick sale. They have been professional throughout and given us good and honest advice. Thank you once again.

It was excellent meeting James for a viewing at Low Common as he was extremely professional, full of enthusiasm and showed great knowledge of the property itself and general advice on the sale of the property. Having viewed several properties recently it was refreshing to meet an estate agent who clearly cared deeply about their job and clients needs. Thanks James for all your help! Zoë and Pete.

We had a great experience with Minors and Brady, they were quick to respond and get a viewing booked, we met Sophie Wright for our viewing, who was very welcoming and knew all the answers to various questions we had. After meeting lots of different estate agents, Sophie was just the right amount of professional, whilst getting to know us as individuals.

At the moment we are on property search. Recently came across with Minors agency, went for couple of viewing and every time met same agent, Steven. Recognised us from first visit. Knowledgeable and happy to go extra mile to achieve customer satisfaction. Amazing person, always with positive attitude. We are still in the process with the properties, but I can highly recommend this agency, and if you get in touch with Steven , you won’t be disappointed.

James was extremely informative about the property & made the whole visit very relaxing. We were very impressed with his selling skills especially with trying to get a valuation of my own property, but didn’t feel any pressure at all in doing so. Very impressed with the communication between the team & myself

I had the pleasure to meet Steven, and i promise i have never dealt with a better estate agent EVER in my life! What a superstar, so friendly and professional! Gave all the information needed and more, helped with all little bits that we needed to know, he had all that to hand and was so quick and efficient. That day only, i had to meet 3 estate agents, and Steven was the only one to stand out. I am ever so grateful that he showed me my dream home, and I happily recommend him to everyone who is looking to rent their next home! Once again, a massive thank you! Steven, you're the BEST! Keep up the good work, mate!!

I waited until all the housing process has been finished and now I am settled in my new home I can confidently recommend and say thank you!! Simply great Great. So personable. Such a fab experience from the team. From Stephen showing me around the property and being super flexible with viewing times answering all my possible questions. To Beth L that helped me over the holiday season with progressing my offer as smoothly as possible, and even Samuel who helped with digesting all the relevant paperwork. Thank you so much!
