GoogleWe viewed two properties today with James Hodgson, one in Langley Green and one in Seething. James was extremely accommodating, polite and knowledgeable. We are relocating to the area so local knowledge is paramount to our search. James also knew answers to our questions relating to the properties and where he did not, he made sure he sought the answers. Now to choose a house!

Not only did she go above and beyond to secure our first family home, but she also demonstrated extraordinary kindness, support, and thoughtfulness during a challenging time when our newborn baby was admitted to the Intensive Care Unit. Her dedication and genuine care made a significant difference during a very stressful time. GoogleAs a first time buyer, my first house viewing was with James Hodgeson, Property Consultant from the Norwich branch. Upon arrival, James welcomed us to the property, was professional and very informative during the viewing, alerting me to work that had been recently completed and highlighted all the positives about the house. Communications with this estate agent have all been fantastic, quick and the staff are really helpful. While this property wasn’t the one for me, James has suggested other properties in the surrounding areas and I am looking forward to seeing more homes that come onto the market with Minors & Brady!

GoogleI had to write this review! We are looking to relocate and in the whole stress of the it, Steven has been a beacon of light in our journey. From the first conversation to the viewing, Steven has been so helpful, professional and no question was too much for him. He double and triple checked everything I was asking for with the same positive attitude. He also has been very accommodating as I was travelling from far for the viewings, and making sure I wouldn't travel for nothing. He even shared needed insight about the different areas we consider for relocation. Top notch! I'll definitely go with Minors and Brady when we look for the next property to buy.

GoogleI have been very impressed so far with the service provided by Chris and Dan when they attended our Poperty yesterday and spent a long time getting to know us, our Home and doing an amazing job on the photos. Nivea sent through all the Particulars for approval this morning and we were very pleased with everything. All we need now are some lovely Buyers and to find our last forever home, hopefully with M&B's help we will do just that :-)

GoogleWe have had a great experience with Minors and Brady. They have been super helpful, and have really pushed to get our house sold. They have kept us up to date with viewings and feedback, and really supported us through the negotiation process, which for us was quite stressful. Hannah was fantastic with all the viewings, she was really friendly and approachable, she would text us to let us know any feedback and when she has finished the viewing so we could return home. She even kindly turned all our house lights off one evening, which was incredible thoughtful. Connor has been really great too, even when things got a little challenging and it had to be referred to Dan (who was also incredibly knowledgeable and understanding). Thanks all, fingers crossed for a smooth completion!
