GoogleHad a great viewing today with Steven, so helpful and was able to answer my questions, went over and above to help us out. Also had fantastic communication with Tyler from the agency about other properties. They have been able to get us multiple viewings and advise on what’s available to match our budget and requirements. Would recommend the agency and it’s fantastic staff.

GoogleSam Burton and Beth have both been extremely helpful and professional from start to finish in arranging the viewing of a property & putting an application through to receive a call the next day advising our application has been accepted! After application had been accepted was greatly assisted by Sam Carpenter who was able to answer all questions and helped make the letting process far easier than my previous experiences! GoogleI found Minors & Brady to be quick and efficient in getting my property on the market. In particular Kian who got the initial form filling paperwork done within two days. Viewings were carried out in a very professional manner. Feed back from the team came very soon after viewings. Whenever I had to call the office all of the team were up to date with progress and call outs to potential buyers. Altogether the professionalism and advise I had from the team, got my property sold quickly. I'd like to thank Lee and all the team for their help and advice, also for their support in securing my new purchase with them. I have no hesitation in recommending Minors & Brady.

GoogleMy partner and I have just collected the keys to our first house together and wanted to pass on our thanks to a very professional, efficient, helpful, and friendly team. Having viewed many properties with other estate agents, the team at Minors and Brady was excellent from the moment of having our offer accepted to communicating every step of the process. Chris was extremely helpful in the early stages, particularly when working with us to negotiate the house price with the sellers. Claire has been amazing at keeping us up to date every week since our offer was accepted. Through a time that can be quite stressful, and where we weren't familiar with the process, she has been amazing at keeping us in the loop which made us feel very at ease and confident in the whole process. We'd like to thank them both for going above and beyond and appreciate the timely responses and reliable updates. Thank you again, we wouldn't hesitate to recommend Minors and Brady to anyone.

GoogleAwful, they do not follow instruction. Sarah rang me to inform me how a property that I had previously viewed had been reduced, despite me having previously informed her that I had already found a property and I was no longer interested. She told me I would be removed from their contact list, and I thanked her. 5 days later, Dan calls me to tell me exactly the same information that Sarah had supplied. I asked why, as I was supposedly removed from the contact list? He apologised and assured me I was definitely now removed from the list. 5 days later, guess what? Sarah again phones to tell me exactly the same information once again! I haven't heard from them since, but that may be because I elected to block their numbers? In fairness I don't actually blame these two young hard working individuals. Rather I blame the two bosses of the company for putting their staff under such pressure to perform. So in a nutshell.... the company in my experience, is both highly annoying and incapable of following a simple request. They also listened to our requirements of what we needed which made is a little bit less stressful. I would highly recommend Sarah and minors and Brady to anyone looking to buy a property.

GoogleHaving not sold a house for many years and being pretty apprehensive about the entire process, I was delighted with the service from Cass at Minors and Brady. She was both very helpful and proactive in moving the process through to its conclusion, continually kept me up to date with progress and was a delight to work with. I have no hesitation in recommending Cass and her colleagues as estate agents to use.

GoogleTerrible experience. Progressed with purchase only to be told the flat doesn’t have a EWS1 certificate meaning unable to get a mortgage on the property. Why was this not included in the original conversations and only coming up 4 months later. Worst part is other flats in the same building are up for sale with this company and still no reference to the lack of certificate for potential buyers!
