GoogleProfessional photos and a large client base with good marketing that has allowed my property to secure a sale . Connie from the Unthank road branch has been particularly helpful , answering my queries and following up with actions that have previously gone un actioned. Hopefully we can get this property completed 👌

GoogleThree days after James H popped in to introduce me to Minors and Brady,my house is already listed on rightmove. Thanks Lee for excellent photos, Liam for clearly explaining Minors and Brady’s approach and Kirsten S for lovely job preparing the listing Really impressed . What a team! 😃

GoogleI wouldn’t bother with them. We had an offer accepted on a house started all legal proceedings just for them to let us know that the buyer has accepted another offer on it. Why are you still doing viewings and taking offers if you already accepted ours. We had confirmation via email and phone confirmation as well so unless you want to waste your time and be disappointed I would stay well clear of this company.

GoogleAmber showed us a property on Wednesday afternoon. She was on time for the appointment and had the printed details with her, something that perhaps other agents could note, she was flexible, informative regarding areas around which we were looking for a property, she was genuine, polite and honest and gave us the feeling that we were dealing with a good reputational company. We look forward to meeting Amber again when and if we need to view other properties.

GoogleWe just had a viewing on a rental property with the agent Steven. He was really informative and friendly throughout the viewing and gave us a very accessible and concise overview of the application process. I am very impressed with the service received from Steven and Minors and Brady as a company and I would highly recommend them as a prospective tenant.

GoogleHannah was super cordial and knowledgeable on our viewing. She worked as a great proxy with a difficult vendor and was very transparent which is refreshing for the profession. Very valuable asset to Minors & Brady, highly recommend her!

GoogleVery professional and friendly. Hannah allowed us as much time as we needed and answered questions very honestly. Seemed very genuine! Can't say that about many estate agents! I particularly liked how Hannah engaged with my 4 year old daughter and answered any questions she had! Thanks very much for your time!
