Excellent service from Charley, would highly recommend! We have had such a dreadful time with estate agents overall but speaking with Charley where she met timescales superbly and kept us informed was so refreshing! Thanks very much!

Hannah Graver showed us around three properties and did an excellent job. She was knowledgeable, helpful and very professional.

We bought a small bungalow for my father with M&B Lowestoft and then therefore decided to engage them to sell the main family house. As a buyer, the experience was fair. As a seller, on the whole, we found the experience quite underwhelming and somewhat regretted the decision (by the looks of other reviews, we had similar issues). The valuation and initial engagements with Henry were very positive. Good start. The first few viewings were conducted by a lad that really couldn’t care less about the particulars of the property or its key selling points, and whose sole purpose was to open the door and let viewers in. We had to rewrite a lot of the marketing material ourselves as it sounded like it was written by ChatGPT with parts that were plain incorrect and misleading (e.g. “wheelchair friendly” but there are major steps in and out, narrow hallway, and a staircase to the first floor!). Several iterations were required back-and-forth and I wondered what our agency fee actually covered. Photographer turned up on wrong day and took lots of photos with the house looking very untidy, which were then put into the marketing material (luckily these never made it into the market as new photos were eventually taken). One-on-one engagements with the team were generally pleasant, particularly when booking viewings. However the whole office shares responsibility for all sales which means there is no “go-to” person for your property. This might be efficient for them but it’s not great for customer experience and you end up repeating a lot of information with every person you speak to and not building a trusted relationship with anyone. We were pushed quite hard to accept a very low offer (even when taking into account the soft market) but were not in a rush to sell. It would have been good to get advice, from experts, on how to improve appeal rather than being advised to just keep dropping price. We were misled into believing that our buyer was chain free, whereas we were actually at the top of a four-property chain! When asked several times why they’d said this to us, they avoided our question which, for us, was an admission of guilt. Post-offer there was no proper handover and our enquiries went unanswered until we figured out that we were now in the hands of the after-sales team (the only time there was a nominated person, yet we weren’t told). No post completion engagement either, just an email to the conveyancer confirming their fee. We appreciate it's not a frothy market like previous years but, with so many agents in the market, that means even greater attention is needed on good customer experience, which costs very little. My advice to potential clients would be to use recommendations from friends. I am quite surprised by all the short, positive 5-star reviews from accounts with only 1 or 2 reviews conveniently naming specific people(!), as these did not match my experience.

I would highly recommend anyone wanting to use Minors and Brady. They were highly professional from start to finish. The staff were always great at coming back to me with any queries that I had, but I would like to make an extra huge thank-you to Jasmine on the after sales team who went above and beyond to keep my sale and purchase together. She is a credit to the company.

I would like to say I have had some really good viewings with Louis from the Dereham branch, he is very informative, polite and well mannered, he is also competent, well dressed and spoken, Louis doesn't rush you and any questions he can't answer himself he finds out from someone that can.

Mia has done a fantastic job on the write up and photographs for my property. She is very polite and helpful.

Our experience with Minors and Brady estate agents has been nothing short of excellent. From the initial valuation, through the viewing process and through to sale progression, we found them to be both professional, and proactive. A special mention must be made of Nagilla Santos who was instrumental in guiding us through the ups and downs of progressing the sale. We found her to be both professional and polite, and she kept us informed through every stage of the sales process. We highly recommend Minors and Brady estate agents and would not hesitate in using them again in the future.

Poor coordination. Drove from NW London for a viewing to be called an hour before to cancel the appt because they couldn't get anyone there due to a broken down vehicle. I know these things happen, but they seemed to not have cared. Lucky we hadn't booked a day off specifically for it; could we do it in a few weeks time was the suggestion... not risking it again.

Just to say how happy we were with Megan who showed us around a couple of properties for sale. She was very helpful, enthusiastic and we didn't feel rushed.

We had a house viewing with Joe today and although not the house for us, we found Joe to be helpful, very knowledgeable about the house and the local area and was able to answer the many questions we had!

Claire in after sales was fantastic. I felt like she was on top of every part of the purchase which is often over looked by other agents after a sale is agreed.

This is a 5 star review for Joe, the lovely young man that showed me around a house in Stalham today . Joe was extremely polite, helpful and made me feel at ease as I was viewing alone . Guided me round and showed me everything that was important as I would of prob forgot to look . Very professional (wasn't at all pushy as that is a big pet hate of mine).

Buying my first house I was warned it would be a stressful and difficult process . It wasn’t Cassandra At Minor’s and Brady was always on the ball and chased both the solicitor's relentlessly , I’d be lying if I said it wasn’t without hiccups ( from my bank and the covenant put on the building ) but Cassandre delt with it all and took it in her stride , I can’t than them enough

I met with Steven at a wonderful property ( which I’m hoping will become our home) He was suitably enthusiastic, professional but approachable and genuinely seemed interested in getting the best for me. Having spoken to many agents in my quest to find a new home, these attributes are not observed in most of them. Very relatable, Thankyou Steven. 🤞for good news for me today!

Viewed a property supported by Lettings consultant, Steven Hill. Very happy with my experience, as it was very relaxed. Steven was relatable and calm in nature, he was able to answer all my questions about the property. Thank you, Steven. 😄 Tyler Eastall was very quick and proactive at sorting out the paperwork for the property! Amazing experience with the team so far.
