GoogleHad an awful experience with this estate agent. I called each day about a property I loved, expressed how keen I was and was led on by agents who said they would stay in contact, when in reality it was already having viewings. They told me they hadn’t heard from the landlord and would contact me when they hear, when in reality people were already viewing and putting offers in. Worst experience in Norwich, unprofessional and would not trust them for future properties

On our initial viewing Hannah was great, she was so knowledgable of the property and answered all of our many questions!

GoogleI took an appointment with this agency to visit a house and, despite the email they sent me the day before the viewing to confirm the appointment, 15 minutes before the viewing the estate agent Olivia Hales called me to ask if I was on my way to attend the viewing. I said yes and that I would be there in 20 minutes (my bus was 5 minutes late). She told me that "was a bit late for her" because she had the next viewing scheduled a few minutes after mine. I replied that the viewing was scheduled in 15 minutes and I would do my best to not be late. She told me that would be a "quick viewing then". 15 minutes later I was ten minutes away by walk to the house to visit, I called her to ask if she could wait or we could schedule another appointment for another hour or day. She replied saying that she would email me for another viewing. She never did and the colleague that called me the day after asking for feedbacks on the viewing, in the moment he heard that I didn't visit the house because of his colleague's unavailability, just hung up the phone. I would have appreciated being called by the agency, to cancel or reschedule the viewing, the day before or even a few hours before the appointment, I took a day off from work for the appointment and I traveled miles to do my best to be on time.

GoogleThe best estate agents in Norfolk!! Connie and Charlie were amazing, always keeping me up to date, doing everything they could not just to get me viewings but the best offer also. From initial meetings, photos, and getting the advert ready, to processing the Memorandum of Sale. Everything is handled carefully, and so well. They took so much stress out of what can be an extremely stressful experience. Extremely good value for money, cannot recommend Minors & Brady highly enough.

Googlereally unimpressed to find out landlords will request to have important information omitted from a listing, and these guys go along with it - irrespective of whether it causes confusion and wastes time. this is incredibly poor customer service. edit: will give credit where it's due, after leaving my review i received a call from the office who were very apologetic and understood my frustration. as much as i don't agree with omitting this information the way my complaint has been handled has definitely made me reconsider my initial review.

GoogleWhilst I was t able to close a purchase deal through Minors & Brady I must just pass comment on the agent who supported me. I found Sam (from Wroxham branch) professional and punctual. He was respectful to me and his role. He was smart in appearance and a very mature young man. believe he is a credit to Minors & Brady. I wish him every continued success Kev

GoogleThese people are the most pushiest people around. They wait for you to go on the market with another agent and then phone on a daily basis to try get your business when your in contract with someone else. The agents that show you around are to busy on Snapchat and not interested at all

GoogleMy wife and I attended a second viewing of a property that interested us a few days earlier. The young man, James Hodgson, who met us was on time, well dressed and very personable. During our visit he showed great maturity and offered a few usefull ideas supporting us in how we could personalise the property should we proceed further. We have made an offer, which has been accepted, and are moving forward. We have looked at many properties in our quest to satisfy our very specific requirements, and would say James was the most impressive we have met. A credit to himself and his company, Minors & Brady.
