GoogleWe are both buying and selling through Minors and Brady and after our purchaser had to put out due to personal reasons Connie Staff at the Norwich office pulled out all the stops and found us a new purchaser within 2 days, offer made and accepted and paperwork completed, subject to contract, within a week. Thanks to Connie we are back on track.

GoogleJames was a top lad who showed us around. Very chilled, laid back approach which best suited me. He also advised us very well, which lead to us getting our offer accepted on our (hopefully) new property!

GooglePositive experience so far as a potential buyer. The agent who showed us around, Charles Waterman, is a credit to the company. Smart, professional, friendly, he was interested in what we were looking for and not pushy at all. Very positive experience all round.

GoogleExcellent service and highly professional - would recommend to a friend over other estate agents. Magenta was able to answer almost every question about the property I was viewing on the spot without hesitation - friendly, knowledgeable and gave me confidence in pursuing purchasing a property through Minors & Brady.

GoogleCharles from the Norwich Branch is an absolute delight! Despite being new to the job Charles was very knowledgeable and super helpful during my viewing today. He genuinely seemed to care what my needs were and respected my opinions all while he sold me the properties best aspects. Overall I found him to be breath of fresh air compared to most agents I've delt with in the past. Charles is an asset to your company Minors & Brady.

GoogleMyself and my partner are so glad we chose Minors & Brady to sell our home. We have found everyone at Minors to be extremely knowledgable and friendly. In particular Connie Staff who has expertly handled our negotiations in the buying and selling process, and kept us well informed. We are so grateful. We wouldn’t hesitate in using Minors & Brady again in the future.

GoogleOllee and Kris have been fantastic throughout the full time with minors and Brady, it really felt like they were supportive and trying to get the best for our first time buy. Communication was solid, we were very new to the process and no matter how many times we rang up it never seemed to be a bother, always happy to help. Thank you both so much Lewis and Emily

GoogleDon't text at 10pm asking for feedback. Otherwise, estate agent seems fine, had the keys and was on time.

GoogleI cannot praise Minors & Brady enough. They took on what must have been one of their toughest sales to date and have stuck with it through thick and thin. They have been professional throughout and made what was an ordeal for my wife and I into a more bearable journey. We have been kept informed all the way of any developements. I must make mention particular of Rosie Turley from the aftersales dept'. She has made regular phone calls and we look upon her more as a friend. She has been very reassuring through the hard times of the sale and we look forward meeting her in person when the chance arises. Thank you so much to all of you who have been involved with the sale.

Google'MINORS AND SHADY' Found a house with minors and Brady. We had an offer accepted and the house was off the market. We listed with them due to buying with them. All was good. They told us to get solicitors to speed up the process (we paid solicitors) After that they then went behind our back and kept having viewings and taking offers on the STC we had. They pushed the others up by 30k a then went ahead to bump up there commission. No contact from them to inform us while we were still paying solicitors to get the deal done. Seeing many other reviews this is a common practice. Would not trust.
