GoogleWe recently purchased our first house through Minors & Brady and Rosie was an amazing help throughout the process. We were constantly kept up to date with every development and whenever we needed anything from either solicitors, Rosie got straight on the case and ensured it all happened as soon as possible. As a result, we're now picking up keys to our new home less than two months from having our offer accepted!

GoogleViewed a property with James and he was very knowledgeable and professional, after a few offers we decided to view the property again. This time with Charles, despite a little difficulty with an alarm system which was somewhat entertaining, he was incredibly professional and helpful. My husband has been dealing with the office for our purchase, but my experience with the viewings was first class. These guys are a credit to your business.

Google***Edit*** I am now rating a 1* Since the last time I used this company they have gone so downhill with their service and I have had the worst experience with them that I can no longer recommend them I have had a very positive experience with the sales team in Caister. I mainly dealt with Connor who was very professional and helpful. From the first step of having my house valued, the pictures taken for listing to arranging viewings was great. I have now exchanged contracts today and completing next week. I can highly recommend Minors and Brady.
Dear Corinne, Thank you for sharing your positive experience with our sales team in Caister. GoogleReally great experience with Lee Mortier and team at Minors & Brady. We viewed a few properties with them after we decided we wanted to find somewhere in Norfolk to buy. Lee and the team were very helpful in arranging viewings. Then when we decided to make an offer on one, we were kept up to date throughout and got to STC very smoothly. Highly recommend them for purchasing a property and huge thanks again to Lee.

GoogleToday we viewed 2 properties. Amy was very helpful. We didn't feel rushed looking around. She answered our questions both about the properties and surrounding areas, bus services, trains, shops ect. If I could give her a 10 I would.

GoogleSarah was truly wonderful and very helpful. So much so that we are jetting off on a two week course to a Caribbean island, Providencia to discuss sales tactics. Joking aside, a charming and wonderful chit-chat on potential property Maggi (my wife) and I are thinking of putting an offer in. Thank you.

GoogleExcellent service! Our first time buying process has gone so smoothly so far and we couldn’t be more happier with the service we have received from minors and Brady at Wroxham. Everyone has been so friendly and helpful and our experience of buying our first home has been a lot less stressful than we thought! Lee Mortier has been amazing at being so responsive to our emails and keeping us in the loop, we have had no waiting around to hear back or having to chase anything which has been great!! 😊

GoogleFrom initially putting our house on the market to the recent exchange of contracts we have been well looked after. All the staff we dealt with have been friendly and efficient and chased up solicitors when required. Lee Mortier has also been very helpful liaising with our buyer and keeping us informed.
