GoogleBrilliant experience with Minors and Brady - no fuss booking of viewing, punctual agent, informative chat at viewing. Despite glowing reviews of agency, we will not offer on the property in question. Unfortunately, and this remark applies to all promo material we have seen recently and from all agents, generally pictures tend to over promise and properties under deliver. Having said that, we were incredibly impressed with professionalism of Finley from Minors and Brady. He guided us seamlessly through viewing with owner, kids, pets being present in residence. On the strength of our experience, meeting Fin, we would not hesitate to give this agency our custom.

GoogleI have received a significant amount of persistence from Minors & Brady in an effort to persuade me to move to a multi-agency agreement alongside my existing agent. While I have no issue with being approached, the latest email I received from Alexander crossed a line. Rather than focusing on the strengths of his own service, the email made what I consider to be harmful and misleading statements about my current agent in an apparent attempt to secure my business. Such tactics undermine trust and professionalism. If I were considering appointing an additional agent, this approach alone would be enough to rule Minors & Brady out of consideration. Just a note to beware of these underhand tactics some agents at this firm use.

GoogleUnprofessional and lazy at every turn. Refused to give me an online viewing, got the utility bill severely wrong causing me great distress, had a staff member be very rude to me on move in day, there were constant invasive house viewings. Steer well clear.

Google7 weeks after putting my house on the market I accepted an offer above the asking price. I have been very impressed by the Sales team and a particular mention to Connie Staff who I had most contact with in relation to sales negotiation on the price. GoogleLloyd did a viewing for us. The real viewer, my mother was the other side of country, so we put her on mobile zoom. Lloyd was not phased by this and was happy to chat to us and her. He even helped me flip my camera around.

GoogleI recently viewed a property and Finlay Blankley showed us around. I’m registered blind and I was super impressed at how attentive and aware Finley was of my impairment. Both mum and I were really impressed & said how professional yet lovely Fin was. He talked us all through the house and listened with interest about some changes i would need to make.
