GoogleHi. Magenta (as the viewing agent for this property) struck the perfect balance between allowing us to view the property in our time, but also being there to answer our questions. Very professional and friendly, so our thanks again to her for her time showing us this property. Roan Beckley & Eve Sewell.

GoogleI felt I was pushed aggressively throughout the onboarding process. Here's what happened: - Admin error claiming the property was available from 9th August, when this was 9th September. This admin error caused me great stress as I was relying on moving in around the move-in date. - Their referencing company, LetAlliance, conducted extensive and invasive background checks on us. Demanded I gave them 6 months of bank statements to prove I had a home address. This is relevant to Minor's and Brady as it's a component of the move-in process. - Repeatedly requesting the same documents despite giving them what was necessary. For example, I had given them a passport, and they requested this 3 additional times after. - Daily spam emails for documents. Got annoying, so I moved them to my spam folder. - Attempted to harass my phone number (which I couldn't see because I was abroad), then harassed my friends immediately afterwards, causing additional problems for information they had already received. - Lack of clarity regarding who would be controlling the communications of the property. Even our landlady became annoyed and parted ways with Minor's and Brady. Avoid like the plague. (Edit: Minor's and Brady were responsive to feedback and personally sent me an email. As a result of my misunderstanding, I have updated the review to accurately reflect my experience).

GoogleCharles hosted us for two property visits today, on behalf of my daughter. He was very good and the feedback from my daughter is that the service Charles has been providing is highly proactive and places Minors & Brady head and shoulders above the competition in the Norwich area. Well done so far - keep up the good work! 👍

GoogleAn excellent and highly professional experience at our viewing with Charles today. He was informative and easy to talk to, he was not at all pushy and took genuine interest in what we were looking for in a property. His ability to converse with people is clearly natural for Charles and he is an asset to his profession :)

GoogleOutstanding service. I had a really turbulent time with solicitors during my sale but Nagilla was excellent in chasing up and keeping things progressing, going above and beyond what I expected. Unfortunately, I lost the sale after the buyer pulled out but was able to find a new buyer. Connie was fantastic in negotiating on my behalf and helped to reach a price that allowed my onwards purchase to work. Thank you!

GoogleHuge thanks to Rosie for getting us through our sale despite a sonewhat stubborn chain! Great communication, keeping me and solicitors informed and pushing other agents into action when needed. Minors and Brady got us a good price too so overall very happy.

GoogleMy experience, thus far of working with Minors and Brady has been excellent. Everything from the initial consultation to the accurate and great representation of your property online has been nothing but brilliant. I feel as if I’m the only customer they always have time for you and get back to you when they say they will. I can see why the agency is doing so well. I have dealt with many of the members of staff all who are polite, knowledgeable and helpful. I would like to thank Connie For all her hard work and for getting our house sold, This whole process can be filled full of anxiety and I must say, Connie and the team have been there at every step to assist and ease my worries and make the process Simple and pain-free. I would highly recommend Minor and Brady as an excellent choice for people wishing to sell their home.
