I was saying to James how impressed I’ve been with M&B, their proactive approach, suggesting properties , doing everything possible to get viewings booked, telephone manner and all round service. GoogleRosie Turley from Minors and Brady has been great for the sale of our house! She was always on the case chasing us;), but also chasing our buyers and both parties solicitors... we believe the sale process would have taken much longer without her. All in all we've been very happy with Minors and Brady, as happy as anyone could be during a stressful process:)

A spanner was thrown in the works last minute but thanks to Rosie’s help managing some quite challenging relationships, we were able to exchange contracts last week and today we have completed! GoogleRosie was my aftersales rep and what a rollercoaster we went on...a very turbulent rollercoaster. 7 months from listing to exchange and we finally did it. Rosie was more than empathetic, I felt like she was as invested in the sale as much as I was and I know she also went on a similar journey with our buyers...when we cried, so did she, when we swore, so did she and when we finally got to the finish line at 17:05 on the day of exchange then I'm sure she sighed as much of a relief as I did. Rosie, I'd like to say I'll miss talking to you but I couldnt be happier this journey is finally over. It's been a pleasure having you along for the ride!

GoogleI left a review a couple months back due to lack of communication however deleted it as it got better, however back to square one again. I will give it to them that they got us out of our rental property quickly after we paid a lump of money to them for the fees however we have not lived there for 3 weeks now and had minimal response regarding our deposit and 10 days rent refund we were promised back. Apparently they had to wait 2 weeks for an invoice as the flat was re painted and received it last week and still cannot reply to us. I called last week and asked for some communication as nobody responding to me and I was advised I’ll get a call back but never did. If you want an estate agent you don’t have to chase most days for answers I wouldn’t choose this one! It’s okay on communication when they’re getting money however not when we are owed money, it’s ever so frustrating when we are owed around £1500 back of hardworking money and it being withheld from you!

We’ve been through some pretty stressful times with our sale and she’s been there every step of the way following up buyers, sellers, trades, professionals and solicitors to make it all work out, she’s worked tirelessly to make our move happen, keeping us updated in the process, I think I would have given up and stayed put without her, thank you so much Rosie!

The photographer was lovely and took some fab pictures, Liam the first point of contact with his down to earth realistic advice. The team generated lots of interest in the property. GoogleIf you are in the market of selling your home in the near term please do consider Minors & Brady Estate Agents and Lettings. Today we had a very tangible near disastrous situation with setting a completion date and near chain collapse for all 5 of us. The wonder that is Rosie Turley stepped up and went above and beyond to carefully mediate and manage the situation and I’m sure without her it would’ve fallen apart. Not withstanding the fact the marketing and photography is superb, the after sales experience is very important when selling a home and Rosie offers a 5* service. Thank you Rosie 🤍⭐️

GoogleAbsolutely first class service from the guys at the Hoveton office ,due to the fact I was in a chain of 5 **** and the fact my sellers estate was agent absolutely useless this meant Minors and Brady had to go over and above to assist me. GoogleWe cannot thank Rosie in the Norwich office enough for everything she has done for us in the last 5 months. She's been a rock and always available to chat and explain the numerous bumps along the road when we were unsure. She's been a force to be reckoned with when it's come to getting our sale and purchase pushed through for us after we'd been let down on numerous occasions by our solicitor, and the others involved in the chain. I know we wouldn't be packing and looking forward to moving if it wasn't for the time and effort she's put in, she's gone above and beyond on numerous occasions. Thankyou so much!
