GoogleRosie was absolutely amazing from start to finish with our house purchase. She was brilliant with helping us get things through as smoothly as possible even with delays hugely outside of her control. She was always happy to answer the phone and help us work out what the next steps were to get the purchase though and worked so hard to help us get things sorted in time for Christmas. Would recommend Rosie any day and Minors and Brady are lucky to have her!

GoogleI recently had the pleasure of meeting with Izzy during a house showing, she provided insight about the house’s features, layout as well, she was confident and professional, created a comfortable and pressure free environment, allowing me to explore the home at my own pace while remaining readily available to address any concerns or questions. Thank you Izzy for your support and service!

GoogleRosie Turley has been really helpful throughout the process of buying our first home. Looking forward to getting the keys on Friday!

GoogleRosie Turley at after sales was immense. She wasn’t even our estate agent but was acting for the people we were buying off. She went above and beyond to get our difficult chain through the door to exchange and completion. If it wasn’t for her determination and professionalism I doubt it would have happened. On the contrary our estate agent Attik were hopeless. Selling the house was great but the after bit was an absolute chore and I am not impressed. This is where Rosie managed to pull everything together and get us over the line. Thank you Carl Eves

GoogleRosie was fantastic with getting the sale our property over the line and helping navigate some of the trickier patches of the conveyancing. The photos were superb, and Minors & Brady as a whole were incredibly responsive and helpful with all of our queries and worries.

GoogleFantastic service, Rosie went above and beyond in chasing the chain time and time again. She was also so helpful in securing our next property for us. What an asset to Minors and Brady. Highly recommend them for their service both in selling our property and following it through to exchange.

GoogleRosie Turley did a fantastic job guiding us through our house purchase as first time buyers - her quick communication made the world of difference. Rosie kept us informed the whole way and made sure we made it across the finish line. Thanks again to Rosie, as well as Adam Waters and Connie Staff for their hard work.

GoogleGreat initial communication and fast viewing. I met with Jack Whelan from the Wroxham office this morning and he was great; personable, interested and invested in the property, and had no issues at all with finding answers to questions about the property that he didn't already know. One of the best estate agents I've ever dealt with.

GoogleJust wanted to say thank you so much for what has been a very difficult last bit of our move. Rosie had gone to extra lengths to help accomplish us actually exchanging . I think I counted 4 tries! Rosie has been a definite part in our successful exchange and I just wanted to thank you again.

GoogleHighly recommend. Once we had accepted an offer, Rosie was always available for any questions I had and was great at passing information to the buyer and vice versa when necessary. Connie was also brilliant in helping to find the perfect buyer for my grandparents home. She gave honest and useful advice when talking through offers, and made the whole process much easier. Can’t recommend enough!

GoogleHad couple viewings recently with an agent - Amy. She has been so lovely to deal with. Bubbly personality, professional and informative. We didn't feel rushed and we found the whole thing very pleasant rather than stressful. If I ever need more viewings I want more Amy's!

GooglePartner just completed on a flat in NR5. Happy with the service and support received throughout the process. We received regular updates, much more info and communication from Abi in “after sales” than the solicitors so we really appreciated her help and her efforts to keep the transaction afloat - thanks Abi 😊 …
