GoogleWent to view a shared ownership property on behalf of a relative with a journey from Suffolk of 1 hour 15 mins to Norfolk. Really liked the property and put in an application and as first to view believed it was a first come first serve basis. However the estate agent had failed to relay to us that you needed a local connection to this area of Norfolk to be considered and as we live in Suffolk that criteria wasn't meant. The housing association had to therefore reject the application. What a waste of time as well as bitter disappointment for my relative. It was exactly what he needed. Not overlooked, lovely house and a quiet area. Think people should be allowed to live where they want in the country so think the policy is wrong and outdated. However was told that the estate agent were given the information on this strict criteria but did not relay it to us and there was nothing on their advert on Rightmove either to say this. (think they have changed this now) but too late for my relative who is most upset that he cannot proceed Very unprofessional!

He quickly sorted out the problem I had with my shower unit and kept me updated throughout the process, Sam has very good communication skills and nothing it's too much for him. GoogleSamuel Drinkell was so friendly during my inspection, I had some maintenance issues that he picked up and got sorted for me really quickly. Not had great experiences with estate agents in the past but Sam has changed my views!
