GoogleWe bought a property from this company march 2024, and I'm sorry I won't be recommending their Bury office. It took me a long time to actually process my thought and to write this but every time I think about that experience or see other first time buyers treated with some dignity, I get this lump in my throat. From a one liner email, to a staff just meeting up halfway to the door in their office to just drop the keys in our hand and turning back. When we opened the house and found all sorts of junks and emailed for explanation, no response till date.

GoogleI would highly recommend Miller Metcalfe, Bury team to sell your home. The staff are so friendly and always full of enthusiasm, they have kept me updated with the progress of my sale. The viewings have been arranged with notice and worked with me to get viewers appointments when requested. GoogleWe had our property sale with Miller Metcalfe. We had exceptional service from showing the house to completion. Particularly close to completion, there are delay upon completion. Becky and the team at Miller Metcalfe were really supportive. Becky was on the top of the case, chasing the matter and informing even before the conveyancing. Never had this level of service from estate agents before. Becky was above and beyond. Thanks very much to Becky and the team. Can’t wait to do more business with Miller Metcalfe.

GoogleMandy and Aimee have been very helpful and professional in managing the sale of our flat in Horwich. The viewings were managed without any input from us and the flat was kept clean and tidy. They remained enthusiastic and supportive throughout. They have helped manage the solicitors to minimise delays. We're due to exchange contracts this week and complete next week. I would definitely recommend Miller Metcalfe.

GoogleI reached out to Miller Metcalfe through their online chat as I was interested in a valuation, within a week or so I'd had the valuation by the very professional and helpful Matt, plus had a visit by the excellent photographer Barry, the house is now live and looking brilliant on the site. I could not be happier with the service, the house listing looks so good that even I'm tempted to put an offer in, I would highly recommend them to anyone selling or buying, I can't wait to see it sell, thank you for everything!
