GoogleWe have been searching for a house for a number of months. The customer service from Antonia at the Harwood branch has been excellent. She updated us regularly with new houses coming on to the market, which allowed us attend priority viewings and checked in every couple of weeks with a phone call . Excellent service, would definitely recommend.

Matthew was my first point of contact and made such a great impression that I decided to go ahead with the agency because of him, he was very friendly, professional and easy to deal with. Katie then looked after everything moving forward and was equally fantastic: approachable, responsive and always clear in her communication. GoogleOur property was put on the market for Letting in October 2025, this was not a good time of year for this type of venture. Aimee very quickly found a tenant that unfortunately was unsuccessful. Since we have had several other applicants and now appear to have a successful letting. Aimee has been extremely diligent and courteous over all the time we have been in contact with her and I would recommend Miller Metcalfe for any transactions involving the letting of your property.

GoogleWow, can believe how bad this branch is. Went to book a viewing and was given a time which I could not do, I asked for later and they said this was an inconvenience to them as they were showing someone else the house at that time. You lost a potential sale and we were looking to sell our house with you. Not any more!! The worst estate agent we have experienced in Bury!!

GoogleI booked an appointment with Miller Metcalfe Harwood to put my property up for sale as my partner had bought with them and they where really great. Sam Bradshaw came out to value my property. She was really lovely and helpful, very knowledgeable about the area and gave me a lot of advice that i needed. It was a very quick process from the valuation to getting the property on the market.
