GoogleI saw a 2 bed semi detached new build on Entwistle Road, Rochdale advertised on Rightmove. I contacted Miller Metcalfe,Bury as they were advertising it on Rightmove. Left my number with staff with promises that they would get back in touch with me. No contact received so I rang them again 2 days later.Again was told they would ring me back. No contact recieved after 2 days. Contacted them via Rightmove and again no contact. I should have learnt from this experience but I was desperate to move I rang them again. Spoke to Emma and arranged a viewing 2 days later and she text me the full address. I turned up for the viewing . Saw a another lady from Metcalfe with a foreign sounding accent who was there showing a couple around another property a few doors down the road from mine . I asked if she would show me round but she didnt have the keys to my property but she offered to call her office to see if Emma was on her way. She came back 5 minutes later saying that the property I had come to see had been sold ! Not only that l but she also said that Emma had told me this when she spoke to me. I asked why would she text me the address then ??? And why would I turn up for a viewing on a Saturday ? I do have better things to do with my time. I'd make a formal complaint if I thought it would make a difference. The property , though, is still advertised on their website! These guys are a joke and caused me loads of problems. Stay away from these cowboys!

GooglePoor service, poor communication, lost a sale too as didn’t get back to me for over a week, by then we had purchased another house and we are glad they didn’t get back to us as this one is better and the other is still for sale. Feel for the sellers as they don’t have a chance with the way this sham is run. Stay clear

GoogleKaren was fantastic from start to finish with us. The people selling the house were quite a difficult couple and kept dragging their feet, but Karen worked really hard to ensure that everyone was happy, the sale went through and we were in our dream home in time for Christmas.
