He is easy to talk to and has a good sense of humour without being flippant. We have dealt with Richard and his team for a long time now and they are hard working and really do what they say they are going to do. On our last sale he managed to get £9,000 above the price they put it onto the market which was a further £25,000 more than the other agents said. So cannot recommend Richard and his team enough.

Megan, from Middleton Estates, was the first person to show me a potential new home in Lancing. She was friendly and helpful and made the experience a positive one. During covid times and busy times she kept me updated on properties that might suit me, she canvassed in a particular location for me, and even pointed out a property from a competitor (I think she felt sorry for me after some time with no luck)! Absolute delight to work with Middleton Estates! I was greeted on the phone by Ricky who couldn't have been more helpful. We knew what we wanted and the price range and was so helpful picking out a few properties he had on his books and talking me through them. His knowledge of the area and market was great and he had a lovely cheeky character to match! He seemed more interested in finding me the right property rather than just showing me what he had and he was always on the other end of the phone when we wanted him! He wasn't able to meet us at one of the properties as I can imagine he is in high demand but I was greeted by Kayla at the property who was just as lovely as Ricky! Having viewed a property to let and immediately expressed my interest in renting it, I was told I would receive a response on the same day, once the potential tenants had been considered by the landlord/lady. Unfortunately, we are now five days on and despite me sending an email and telephoning for an update (they were going to call me back), I have heard nothing and of course assume that my application was unsuccessful. I would like to suggest that all potentials tenants are handled with respect and transparency. Searching for property is not an easy task and is time consuming, taking time out of the working day to view properties. Just a courtesy email is required. Tom and his team are head and shoulders above the rest. We have dealt with them whilst buying and selling.
