GoogleMiddleton Estates found suitable replacement tenants for our house and completed the whole process within the 2 month's notice period given by the previous tenants. Abby, Andrea and Laura, in particular, are very efficient, thorough, responsive, courteous and provided a hassle-free service. A pleasure to work with, thank you.

GoogleI viewed the shop and called the office straight away to make an offer. I asked for Lyndsey, but the woman who answered said it was her even though she clearly had no idea what I was talking about. I also sent my offer by email the same day, but they never confirmed they received it. A few days later I went to the office asking for Lyndsey. Someone else said they would help and promised to speak to the landlord and call me back, but they never did. When I called them yesterday, they said they had already called me, but I checked my phone and received no call at all. They then told me the shop was gone. The communication was very poor and the whole experience was disappointing. I’ve never had service like this from any other estate

GoogleRudest estate agents ever.
Thank you for your feedback, Nicole. We’re sorry to hear that you feel this way; however, we do not agree with this review as we pride ourselves on providing a high level of customer service. We are a little unclear by the comments, as we have worked closely with you to resolve the issues at the flat. We replied to your most recent email straight away and also spoke with you on the phone this morning, during which all matters were resolved. If there is anything further you need assistance with, please do not hesitate to contact us directly and we will be more than happy to help

GoogleWe had a great experience with Middleton Estates. We were dealing with Tom, Taylor and Lindsey and they were absolutely great all the way. Buying and selling properties is stressful enough so having friendly professionals helping in the process is very important. Thank you team! Lola&Mark

GoogleVery happy with the service provided by the letting team. They pulled out all the stops to ensure that the property was only vacant for 3 days. This is the second time we instructed them and would not hesitate to use them again. Many thanks.

GoogleWe have recently let our 4 bedroom house on Shoreham Beach, having never done this before we were a bit nervous and unsure of the process. After speaking with a number of local agents we choose Middleton to market our property and manage the letting. Abby, Justyna and Tom explained the whole process, were friendly and professional and offered us a service that is excellent value for money. They quickly got us 2 offers at the asking price with well qualified leads. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone considering using their services.

GoogleI rented a property via Middleton Estates for around a year. They made the process extremely easy and hassle free. During my time at the property, I had a direct contact at the estate agents for any problems, questions or queries. They were also extremely quick to reply and were always on hand to attend to any issues. I couldn't be happier with their services and I would highly recommend them to anybody looking to let or rent. Overall I had an extremely positive experience dealing with Middleton estate agents.
