GoogleRicky Heaseman in the Lancing branch has been guiding me through the process of purchasing a new property. Although I’m not a first time buyer, it is still daunting when looking at the next step in buying a bigger home for my family. Ricky has been absolutely fantastic, given his experience I know I’m in safe hands. I’ve also dealt with other members of the team at this Branch and all have given a brilliant service. I highly recommend Middleton Estates to everyone! First time buyers, investors and anyone else that is looking at selling and purchasing property.

Thank you to everyone.

GoogleGiven the team here a deserved rating for the friendliness and helpfulness on advice etc as I was in the process of looking for a property. Did manage to find a property here and added a generous offer for it, however due to the vendor walking away and going silent.. Something new arrived elsewhere and managed to secure on that property.. But in my experience here over the several months of looking.. The team here did well on advice and knowledge..

GoogleVery good communication from both RIckys! Ricky Heaseman and Ricky Leigh both kept us up-to-date with viewings and even got us in first to view a house that we were interested in. A friendly and professional approach from a nice local family business; we will be selling our house with these guys once we find somewhere to go to.

GoogleRicky and his team in the Lancing office have been amazing from start to finish.. They say buying a house is one of the most stressful things you’ll ever do in life but Ricky certainly made life less stressful and made sure things ran smoothly. I would highly recommend Ricky and team Middleton..
