We worked with Richard when we purchased our commercial premises in North Road, Lancing. Richard is comminited to the task in hand which was proven as we had a lengthy purchase which took around a year to complete due to third parties. He kept us up to date along the way! He is easy to talk to and has a good sense of humour without being flippant.
