GoogleI had a bad experience with this estate agents. They were not great with communication. However, after making a complaint the managing director contacted me to apologise and offered me £50 for my inconvenience. Really did appreciate it.

GoogleAppalling. These guys are the reason estate agents still have a bad name. We went to an open day and put in an offer above asking price to secure the property we wanted. Our offer was accepted and the seller was in the full knowledge that our house was on the market without an offer. Daily hassling about the status of our sale was the first stage. Then deathly silence - we were gazumped. Despite having said they had taken the property off the market and that they were only doing one open day they were still clearly snowing other people around . We thought we had secured our next home only to be let down at the last minute. Absolutely appalling company. Got a different answer every time we spoke to someone different. Just awful. Avoid at all costs and if you’re looking in poets corner (where they seem to have flooded the market) go for lextons cales or witlock and heaps instead. Vile.

We are sorry to hear you had such a bad experience whilst dealing with the Hove branch of Middleton Estates. We are aware that the core values and standards of Middleton Estates were not upheld by the Manager of this branch and subsequently he has been dismissed and the branch is currently closed.

GoogleHighley recommend Middleton Estate's recently sold a property through them, the whole process was quick, professional and personalised. Was updated throughout the whole process. Had a difficult chain with pushy estate agents which Steph at middleton dealt with amazingly .

GoogleReally disappointing experience of marketing my property for sale with Middleton Estate Agents in Hove both during the term of my contract agreement and then once it had come to an end. Level of service experienced was poor versus other independent estate agents in the area often with several weeks passing with no updates or feedback until I chased this up. I also had issues with incorrect / incomplete details appearing on the main property websites which I had to highlight to their team and chase to get amended. Finally upon termination of the contract, it took a further 2 weeks of chasing by phone and email to get them to cease marketing my property and remove their for sale board.

GoogleI found the staff to be very helpful and friendly, my property sold within 4 days and they went over and above what you would normally expect an estate agent to do to try and find me a property to buy. They tirelessly took me to see so many properties. I like to thank Eddie Street, Sales negotiator and Lyndsey Fisher Branch manager for all their help and advice.

Staff have been rude throughout the process, turning up on unarranged days and expecting to come in and letting themselves in when we are not home without our consent. Would suggest any person looking to use this company to strongly reconsider. Terrible company.
