TrustpilotAaron and Staff Halstead Office
Aaron at Halstead Office was extremely professional, helpful and knowledgable from our first meeting. He found me the perfect Buyer and agreed a perfect price. Being Leasehold, I knew the process would take time and encounter potential pitfalls but the Halstead office (Jacqueline) was there every step of the more difficult moments. Thoroughly Recommend.

GoogleI would like to thank Kyle for the seamless experience of helping me find a new tenant for my property. I previously had a horrible experience letting my property out privately, so I desperately needed some advice on the matter. Kyle gave me some fantastic advice and he understood the type of person I needed as a new tenant. He was very responsive to all phone calls, emails and he answered all my questions when asked. Massive thank you to Kyle for helping me find a new tenant. Brilliant service!

Kieran was very helpful and very informative, gave me opportunities to ask questions, but no need as he had told me all I needed anyway.

The valuation process and customer service we received after the fee was agreed was very good through to completion. We were a little disappointed that we had to do most of the viewings ourselves, which we felt was not made clear and made us feel uncomfortable.

Michael Bickmore managed our sale and was an absolute rock throughout the process. Professional and super responsive - worth every penny! We would highly recommend to anyone who is looking for an Estate Agent in Colchester area.

TrustpilotMichaels made the buying process a joy!
Everyone at Michaels made the buying process a joy. Michael, Lee, Ollie and especially Nikki all offered exceptional customer service: clear communication, timely responses and updates and professionalism throughout. I recommend Michaels wholeheartedly.

TrustpilotGreat support in the final stages
Our experience with Michaels has been very positive overall. While the process had its ups and downs, we really noticed the difference towards the end when Michael became very proactive. He was easy to get hold of, kept us updated, and worked hard to make sure the sale went through. We truly appreciate the effort he put in, especially at the final stages, which made a real difference in getting everything completed.

GoogleJust a review to say how impressed I have been with Louis dealing with the sale of my property. He has been amazing at keeping me in the loop and securing me the best offer he possibly could- it is very clear he has gone above and beyond with this, and has really put some thought into it which has massively helped me going forward. He is a real asset to your team, and I cannot thank him enough for his hard work. I will definitely be recommending your agents to any future sales. Thankyou so much!

TrustpilotOutstanding Service from Start to Finish
I can’t recommend Michaels enough! Over the past 3 months, they have been absolutely incredible in handling both the sale of our old home and the purchase of our new one. From day one, they were proactive, professional, and genuinely committed to making the whole process as smooth as possible.

The team at Micheal’s were brilliant from start to finish. They acted for me selling via the Colchester branch. I was very happy with the whole process from the marketing of my property and the service I received throughout. All the team were very friendly and great at keeping me informed during the selling process. Micheal Bickmore was amazing with negotiation and finalizing the sale.

TrustpilotVery unprofessional
Very unprofessional, They lie. They say they are not a stereo typical estate agent, but what they really mean is that they practice the very worst attributes of the worst estate agent by lying. Truly awful company. From experience, please do yourself a favour and avoid this company.

GoogleHighly recommend! I’ve dealt mainly with Cameron, Mike and Nikki who have all been amazing from start to finish! As a first time seller, selling a flat I didn’t know much about certain things, however Nikki and Mike made sure I understood everything and would keep me updated weekly. They all understood the urgency of our sale and done everything possible to meet our deadline. Cameron took great pictures and between them all we had a lot of viewings in the first week and secured a buyer within 10 days. Cameron also helped to explain processes to us when we were clueless and nothing seemed too much trouble for any of them. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Michael’s and the team to anybody!
