TrustpilotExtremely unprofessional consultants
Extremely unprofessional consultants, I was dealt with by Samuel Francis who was telling what he thought I should be spending money on because I asked if a landlord would supply white goods. His response well you budget is xx so surely you could buy it yourself. I would definitely not use any company that feels they can have such unprofessional correspondence.

GoogleI wanted to thank Michael for all the help he gave towards the purchase of my new property. He was not my agent, rather he was the agent of the person I purchased from. My assigned local agent left the company he worked for (of which was an online estate agent) & they failed to facilitate me with an appropriate replacement. This left me to sort most things out myself with only occasional help online. Despite Michael not being my agent, he handled much of my workload and helped out majorly with the purchase of my new property. He aided particularly in chasing up agents of other parties in the chain & solicitors to get the job done efficiently. I was worried my move would be troublesome due to the complications with my agency, however he really helped me through it without me even having to request such extensive help. If I were to move again, I would definitely use him as it is evident his service would be of the highest quality and I appreciate all his hard work.

GoogleWe have just exchanged on our property with Michael’s and I cannot recommend the team highly enough. Michael in particular is just excellent - encouraging and good natured and so good at his job. He has kept the momentum going - really driving the whole process forwards. I really appreciate his efforts and would not hesitate in using them again. Thank you!

GoogleFirst class and thoroughly professional. Kept us informed throughout the process of selling our apartment and the ongoing advice we received ensured completion in under 10 weeks from receipt of our offer. As we were selling a leasehold property this was impressive as was Michaels liaison with our solicitors.
Dear Mr Gillan, We would like to thank you for taking the time to provide feedback on your experience of selling with us. We are so pleased we met your expectations and impressed you. We very much hope to have the privilege of working with you again in the future. Michael Bickmore - Local Director
