GoogleIt is an office with friendly employees. In fact, this office is flexible in dealing with subscribers there and their dealings via the Internet are good. However, when I visited the office, it was another matter of the highest cooperation. Thank you to everyone there.

GoogleLaura and Courtney could not have been more helpful in finding us a suitable tenant for our rental property. Both were very professional, and knowledgeable, and I would have no reservations in referring them, and Michael’s Property Consultants to anyone requiring such a service.

GoogleWhat can I say, other than this this is the best estate agents in Essex and we had to deal with a lot. The member of staff we had the most contact with, Kyle, was just so helpful, understanding and personable. He really is a huge asset to the great team at Michael's. If your looking for an estate agent in Colchester please do go here first, and thank you again for all your help getting us in our new home (which we love!)

TrustpilotGreat experience for buyers
Had a great experience buying my first property with Michaels. Lee was super friendly and knowledgeable when showing us around several properties. Once we decided to make an offer, Carla answered all our questions and facilitated everything with the sellers. The process was quite drawn out because of a longer chain but Michaels always kept in touch and made sure we knew what was happening. Would absolutely recommend them!!

TrustpilotWe used Michael’s to list our house
We used Michael’s to list our house, the photos were amazing and we immediately got viewings within days and sold to the first viewer by day 10. The expertise, knowledge and friendly service was second to none, Just what you need in what can be a very stressful time for us sellers/buyers but Michael’s do it like it’s second nature, clearly their branches are full of experience. We also brought our new home through Michael’s and we can not thank the team enough for going above and beyond for us. If we ever move again we would not hesitate to contact Michaels.

TrustpilotI could not have made a better choice.
I was coming from an extremely negative experience (I tried unsuccessfully to sell my house for more than a year), therefore I was very discouraged about starting the transaction again. So I asked a friend who recommended me Michaels Property. Thanks to Michaels Property I found the right buyer 4 months ago and today I received confirmation about the completion date! Still can't believe it. I have to thank all the people who helped me in this process, but especially Jo Davi, an extremely professional person who always gave me positive feelings in this process, always guided me with valuable advice, always replied to me quickly and with complete informations.I could not have made a better choice.

TrustpilotMichaels have been fantastic
Michaels have been fantastic through the whole process.Aaron came to value our property and he was polite and direct without being pushy, we had several other agents over to value and after the meeting with each we did not hesitate to select Michaels to market our property. We had a lot of viewings and Charlotte or one of the team was available to greet the prospective buyers for each of them and plenty of notice was given.I would not hesitate to recommend Michaels (and have already done so to several friends and colleagues) we will certainly use them again when we come to sell our next property. We also use Michael's mortgage advisor and she was great.

Micheals property in Colchester have been superb from day one right through to exchange. I cannot praise them enough. Professional, friendly, extremely efficient and they go the extra mile. No issue was too difficult for them to sort. Special mention to Jo ( sales progressor) if she is working on your transaction , you have little to worry about. A credit to the company. The original sales listing of property including the photographs and narrative( Welldone Cameron) was head and shoulders above anything i have seen and sold the property in less than 24hrs.

Despite difficult market conditions, Michaels achieved two sales for me at or above asking price. Very good and responsive teams in both the Wivenhoe and Braintree offices.

TrustpilotVery good all round
From the word go, we were welcomed in a friendly manner. The whole Wivenhoe team worked well together, from marketing our old house to buying the new one. Our questions were answered promptly and with authority. No weak links.

TrustpilotBraintree Michael's are an amazing, professional and friendly team, recommend 100%
Michael's took on my mum's house at probably the worst time to sell a house in the last 20 years. They did it with fortitude, patience and perseverance. In fact it was their skills in saying 'if you liked that house can we show you another we think you'll also really like', that got us the sale. In these days of Zoopla and Rightmove I know people question the value of estate agents, but Michaels's earned every penny of this commission. Thoroughly recommend, and will use them when we sell our house. Thank you to the Michael's Braintree team, you did a super job
