GoogleA totally excellent service in every respect from Gavin, Phil and the whole team. It was a somewhat laborious process due to a number of complications with the house chain. However, they all worked so hard to keep everybody happy and meticulously worked to keep the chain moving. We experienced the entire process to have a high level of communication, professionalism and customer service throughout. It was a joy to work with this team!

GoogleWe recently exchanged on a property with Michael Graham in Hitching. We found the staff in particular Gavin and Angela, who we dealt with to be efficient, helpful and they kept us up to date with proceedings. We also had extra requests were were always answered promptly. Great job!

GooglePhil, Gavin and the Team at Michael Graham are both professional and friendly. We sold and brought a house with them. Throughout the process they were very helpful and were able to answer any questions we asked. Very good service and if we were to move house again we would use them.

GoogleWe recently bought our new house through Michael Graham in Hitchin, and our experience was five star from start to finish. We dealt with Gavin Mills throughout, and he really was exceptional - efficient, thorough, and utterly on the ball. He kept everyone in the chain constantly updated, quickly ironed out any issues we had along the way, and managed to tie the whole thing up in record time. Michael Graham, and Gavin in particular, made what can be a really stressful time easier than we ever thought possible. We highly recommend them.

He went above and beyond to help us secure the property, which wasn't easy given we were relocating back to the UK from the west coast of the USA. Took us on a video tour which was invaluable. GoogleIn winter 2016 we bought a house that was advertised by Michael Graham's Princes Risborough office. Our point of contact throughout the sale was Tristan Hall who provided a highly professional service throughout. During the process Tristan and his team kept us reguarly updated with the progress of the sale while doing everything to ensure that it progressed in an efficient manner. Difficulties were always overcome and we achieved the completion date in a relatively short timescale. Following the successful purchase of the house we rented it out. Once again Tristan's highly professional approach ensured that this was achieved in an efficient and effective manner and within a very short period of time the house was succesfully rented out. In sum, we would thoroughly recommend Michael Graham and in particular Tristan Hall if you are buying or selling a house in the High Wycombe/Princes Risborough area.

GoogleI have recently completed on the purchase of my new house, and without Tristan from Michael Graham at Princes Risborough, the transaction wouldn’t of happened. At times there were risks of the chain falling apart, but with the professionalism and commitment to keeping everyone involved updated at all times, Tristan managed to keep the chain together working towards exchange of contracts and now completion. Thank you Tristan, a real credit to Michael Graham.

GoogleIn spring 2017 we bought a house in Longwick through Michael Graham, Princes Risborough. Our contact was Tristan Hall who gave us a professional service throughout. In particular he knew the status of the chain from top to bottom and kept us informed throughout. This was very reassuring because we are all aware of how chains can fall apart, fortunately our held together for a trouble free purchase.

At all stages of the process the staff were helpful, clear and pro-active, especially when the sale of our own house became complex. Tristan Hall and Jeremy Knight managed the long chain involved, and Ross Muge provided invaluable assistance in the financial aspect of the purchase.

GoogleI sold my property with Michael Graham earlier this year. The service I received was great from start to finish. It was not a straight forward sale but throughout the ups and downs they remained professional, calm, helpful and an absolute pleasure to deal with. Special mention to Tristan and Jeremy for outstanding customer service. Very glad I chose to use them.

Yell1940s sexist advertising
Sending adverts showing a woman who was pleased that she had a large kitchen so that she could bake some tarts for the vicar is out of date by at least 50 years. No thanks Michael Graham, I will use a modern estate agent instead
