GoogleMichael Graham Estate Agents was easy to deal with. Their team were very helpful and knowledgable in the purchase process which helped to keep everything running smooothly. They adapted very well to an issue that occurred in a chain that broke and kept the purchase alive. They were exceptional in dealing with a challenging vendor and this helped progress things to a very satisfactory outcome. GoogleWe instructed Michael Graham in early 2025 to sell our property in Towcester. The viewing and offer process was good with some advice on how best to present the property for prospective buyers. While our whole move was not straight forward, Jo kept us well informed at all stages, and was able to help us stay on course when we ran into issues. Over all - a good experience, and professional engagement. Thanks Jo, Richard and team for making our move happen for us!

GoogleReview for Harry & Magda. As part of our move, I contacted several estate agents in the Milton Keynes area and Michael Graham came out on top. Harry was the first person I dealt with over the phone with our initial enquiry. He was able to coordinate our entire visit to 10 individual properties across 2 weekends. During this time we met with Magda for the first time and she took onboard our feedback and comments on a particular property we saw and then made the suggestion of another property that we ultimately saw and purchased. Magda dealt with all the negotiation on the purchase and helped guide the sale to completion during a challenging time which saw us move in the week before Christmas. I would recommend Michael Graham (especially Harry & Magda) to anyone looking to sell their home, or initially contact when moving into the area.

GoogleWe used this estate agents for our most recent move which completed in January 2026. We had our house put on the market in May and sold for 15k under the asking in June. We did get an okay price for the house but they were one of the highest percentage because they said they could get the most for the house. In the time between putting the house on the market and exchanging there were several estate agents hired and fired. The guy who sold our house didn't come to the initial walk through of the house and turned up for his first viewing without a key and wanting a walk through which wasn't communicated to us before hand. Luckily he turned up moments before we left the home. He did sell the house and was good on that part but sadly he put a lot of pressure on me to fill out solicitor paperwork within days of our offer being expected after making him aware I had just returned back to work after maternity leave and working long hours. I didn't appreciate this. He was good at chasing the above chain but was pushing far too much as we had people further up the chain who had delays due housing registry. He was saying our buyers would pull out and putting unnecessary pressure on us. As well as asking us to break chain with a 8 month old baby. I then learnt our buyers solistors hadn't even completed and satisfied everything months later so they weren't even ready to exchange themselves. Then a few weeks went by I email him as I hadn't heard from him I emailed but heard nothing. I then called a few days later and told her no longer worked there. After he left none of the other estate agents chased anything. They were actually asking me for updates which I found very unprofessional and at that point I wasn't sure what I was paying them for! I saw the entire exchange through and then only heard from them again when the called on moving day asking for our keys. I then got a strange call on moving day after dropping off the keys asking if we had keys for the garage as our buyers couldn't get in. Our property didn't come with a garage at all. I then never heard back! Sadly I think I'd go with another estate agents as the office seems in a bit of a mess and not interested in chasing anything along. They were more bothered about our buyers then us and we're there clients and the people paying them!

The whole experience was fantastic and mostly stress-free, in great part thanks to the competence, friendliness, and professionalism of Steve and Graham at the Aylesbury office. From the first viewings to the completion, we felt we were in good hands. I would highly recommend them to buy a property in the area!

GoogleWe have just sold our property in Loughton with Michael Graham. Rob Hawkins has been amazing. Although we had a short chain, the buyers at the bottom of the chain were a little bit awkward and their Solicitors were useless! Towards the end, I was very worried that the whole thing would fall through; we only exchanged 2 days before completion. Rob worked tirelessly, phoning us every day with updates (even when there wasn’t one). He chased the chain constantly and he really worked hard to make sure we did complete and move into our lovely new home. It took us longer than anticipated to find a buyer but that could have been down to the market. We cannot fault the after sales service and progression that Rob facilitated. His help was invaluable! Would definitely recommend. Thank you Rob, Roger and team 😃

Rob, couldn’t have done more to ensure everything progressed as much as possible. We couldn’t have done it without his help. I’ve successfully sold my house through Michael Graham twice now. Richard from Woburn Sands office has been incredible, he has supported my concerns of putting my house up for sale during last year. When I finally moved forward to put my house up for sale he did his ultimate best to relieve pressure and manage the process smoothly from start to finish. Highly recommend Richard and his team!

After struggling to sell our house with the previous agent, Michael Graham managed to sell it and were honest, professional and kept in regular communication. I highly recommend them.
