We have no record of your complaint on our system, so would greatly appreciate you contacting the office to discuss. To briefly explain our procedure, our software system automatically reconciles rent received to properties and it is transferred within 24hours. We take payment extremely serious and have systems in place to prevent any issue so again, would greatly appreciate you contacting us. Thank you, Adams

Our role in this situation, is to act as the intermediary in the letting process, ensuring that all transactions are conducted fairly and transparently. We do not prioritize one tenant over another, and our primary responsibility is to facilitate a smooth rental process for both landlord and tenant. As for the conversion of private homes into child care homes, these changes are subject to rigorous planning and regulatory approvals by local authorities. We do not make decisions regarding the specific use of these properties. Please stop targeting Adams and our staff for issues out of our control.
