GoogleWe recently used Adams to sell our property, and we couldn’t be happier with the service we received. From start to finish, the team was professional, efficient, and always on hand to answer any questions. A special mention to Lorraine, who was incredibly helpful throughout the process, nothing was ever too much trouble, and she kept us informed every step of the way. The whole experience was smooth and stress-free, thanks to the fantastic support from Adams. We highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell a property!

GoogleThey were very helpful and managed to find me a buyer so quickly. They were very understanding when my first onward purchase fell through and I had to find a new place, I didn’t feel under any pressure at all.

GoogleI instructed Adam’s after wasting 4 months with another agent and getting zero views on a great property. The result? Instructed Adam’s on a Thursday and I agreed a near asking price offer by the Saturday. Even when a long chain was involved and co ordinating an agreeable completion date was tricky, Adam’s made it happen. They effectively dealt with other agents and solicitors from outside the Widnes area. Tracey and Lorraine did everything they could to get us to exchange and completion, which wasn’t an easy task. I’m now sat in my forever home with Christmas on the horizon and feeling very grateful to Adam’s for the effort and diligence they shown.

GoogleI genuinely don't think we would have got this sale over the line had it not been for the sheer determination of the wonderful staff at Adams. To say it was tricky and drawn out would be an understatement. But throughout I had every confidence they were as determined to progress a sale as we were. Just fantastic
Thank you Beth, it certainly wasn’t the easiest transaction, but we got there. We greatly appreciate your repeat business.

GoogleI first dealt with Danielle at Adams, who was so lovely and friendly from the beginning! She explained everything thoroughly and kept me up to date throughout. I also had contact with Tara and Jenny at the office who were equally as fantastic! Their communication was excellent, they always got back to me promptly and went above and beyond to support me not only with selling my property, but across the chain. Couldn't be more grateful to them and the Team at Adams!
Much appreciated Alex, thank you for your kind review.
