excellent customer service from start to finish, nothing was to much trouble and all our queries was dealt with efficiently. This is the 3rd time we've used michael adams and each time they have provided a brilliant service. would highly recommend definitely use again

Excellent, professional service provided while buying a semi-detached property. Same day answers by email, no problems getting information or advice from the agents and the only unnecessary delays were due to the vendor. Maintained the same agent throughout the property purchase. Would highly recommend.

Vicky has been like a breathe of fresh air since taking over our property from a previous agent, kept us up to date 24/7 in regards to any issues with payments from the tenant. Can’t fault the service provided.

I have nothing but good things to say about the lettings girls who manage my properties, highly recommend the team and trust them with their advice given, Vicky Snape who took over managing the accounts always keeps us fully up to date and provides statements on regular basis, we know we can trust the account to be managed taking the stress and worries away from us, thank you for providing us with an excellent service and we have no worries about leaving our properties in your safe hands! Great service for my managed property, been kept fully updated by Vicky with the rental income payments and regular monthly statements provided and she has always been very helpful when I’ve needed to ask questions in regards to the tenancy despite what time of the day I send my emails she is always on hand to reply even out of hours which is appreciated, the girls are a dedicated team at Adams Widnes branch thank you.

We used Adams (Stockton Heath branch) to buy our new house and they were fantastic! All of the staff we spoke with were friendly and they offered us top notch customer service. The team kept us up to date with the progress of our purchase throughout, Angie in particular did a great job and built great relationships with both sets of solicitors to assist a smooth sale. We can't recommend Adams enough.
