From the start, they have been proactive in letting us gain access to the property to measure up for things before the sale had finalised. They chased up solicitors on our behalf to make the purchase as smooth as possible. We completed the purchase in March which in my eyes is an amazing turnaround time given the pandemic. From the first instruction to the sale and completion Adams (Widnes) were tremendous. Easy to deal with but knowledgable and professional and the sales manager Neil came across as dead straight and honest, which sort of contradicts the stereotype. GoogleI would not recommend using Adam's Estate Agents at all. We booked for a house valuation using their own website a week prior to the appointment. No agent had the decency or professionalism to confirm the appointment, we only received an email. On the day, they did not show up and no communication to explain why. When I rang the office, I was met by an agent who said they do not do valuations unless you are selling there and then. He admitted they didn't communicate this on their website therefore misinforming potential customers and admitted to not fixing the problem. He then went on to insult other local agencies regarding Covid. I am shocked by their lack of customer service and communication skills.
Andrea, thank you for your feedback. Unfortunately, your online appointment request did not come through to us. I have checked with our website administrator and this issue has now been resolved. I can only apologise for the inconvenience caused. With regards to our Covid policy, our staff member was following our company and Government guidelines with regards to physical appointments during the current lockdown. We are only allowed to arrange valuation or viewing appointments where absolutely essential. As you are not planning on going to market until March, it is not deemed essential. Like many businesses, we are trying our best to balance the requirements of our business and the safety of our clients and staff during this difficult time. Wishing you all the very best with your forthcoming move.

GoogleNot good, i called twice about a property, both times promised i will be called back with details but got nothing.
