Never felt intrusive or impatient, even when things were progressing a tad slower our end.Very amiable chap (Colin Hawes) dealing with us directly, who ensured that any questions or anything that needed explaining was done so in a timely and concise manner.

It was night and day, they were professional, knowledgeable and easy to get in contact with when I needed. They provided me with feedback after each viewing so I always felt in the loop. GoogleI made the mistake of using this company to sell my home and what a mistake that was! I found them very professional on first contact and they put me at ease in trusting them to sell my home then it really was downhill from there. It was impossible to ever speak to anyone always told would get a phone call back which never happened the only communication I ever received was going to the office personally. With various issues that arose which I understand things can go wrong sometimes they always made it someone else’s fault and would take no responsibility to fix. When house sell was on verge of collapse never made any effort to resolve it and left it for other agents in the chain to make sure it didn’t collapse. I would certainly NOT recommend this company and would use another local company even though there commission fees are higher.

GoogleI cannot recommend Satpal and his team highly enough. Over the last 3 months, they have not only sold our house for us, but also my parents. The whole team are professional, reliable, and have been so helpful ensuring that the sales have run smoothly to exchange. We have also used this branch previously to purchase a buy to let property. Out of all of the agents that i spoke to, Satpal was the only person who took the time to find out what it was we wanted, then found us the right property to purchase. We will definitely be using this branch again in the future.

The service has been professional and honest throughout from the initial market appraisal and throughout the sales process. The team were particularly sensitive to my tenant when arranging viewings.
