GoogleExtremely poor service from Lucy. Told just before I was due to leave the place had been let, although I was told I had the earliest appointment available, then after trying to contact her to see if there were any alternatives, She has failed to respond.

GoogleBest Estate agents I've dealt with! Myself and My husband met Michael Anthony Estate agents 8 Months ago. For the whole 8 months Lewis and Ben have been really helpful with our property search. Ben was really helpful answering all are questions whilst hosting these viewings. Him and Lewis are very knowledgeable with the area’s we were looking into which was great reassurance as we hardly knew the area. Lewis held great communication and found property's that met our criteria. Not one viewing was a waste of time. 100% Recommend this Estate Agents and Thank you to Lewis and Ben for all your help & Support. Happy New Year to everyone at MA!

GoogleRude and condescending on the phone when questioning my annual income. Perhaps my youthful voice? To the response: I’m very aware of the process as I’ve been renting for many years now. I have no qualms about answering the necessary questions needed prior to arranging viewings, seeking other potential properties etc. It was the assumption in the woman’s voice that I couldn’t possibly earn £40k+ a year with her long pauses, giggling and her quite literally asking me “do you even earn anywhere near that?” This was after her asking me for my name, so I’m not sure how she came up with such a sudden assumption. I don’t fancy wasting my own time trying to arrange viewings for properties I can’t afford. I’m looking for a home, not a prank call. Many thanks.

Hi Nina, thank you for your feedback and we are sorry to hear that you felt you did not receive the level of service from us that we strive to deliver. We do have to pre-qualify all prospective tenants who show interest in our properties in order to ensure they will meet the referencing criteria. This does involve questions about your financial situation and earnings. We are sorry if this caused any offence as this was not our intention and we hope you understand the reasons behind our questions.

He was always avaliable to answer questions no matter how big or small and took the time to explain things properly especially as it was my first time selling a house so didn’t always know what to expect! it can be quite a stressful time but it was definitely made easier.
