GoogleI can’t praise Allie and Rob enough for their service my sale took so long due to incompetent solicitors and everything that went wrong did go wrong but Allie persevered and chased every time to try and get it back on track. Merryweathers’s are lucky to have you both your a credit to the company and need the employee of the month. Allie was on the ball efficient and nothing was ever too much trouble I would recommend Allie and Rob to anyone friendly and professional service can’t thank you enough I can’t truly put in to words how good you were.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Literally from day one they were there with a quick response whenever we had a question or a worry, an absolute credit to the branch and really put our minds at ease when everything else around us was chaos!! Especially the last month I don’t think I could’ve got through it without them both going the extra mile to support us! Pleasant enough to deal with. I offered £140000 on a property back in May 24 only to be told that I would need to significantly increase my offer in order to be in with a chance of buying. The property was listed for £120000. I have just seen on Zoopla that the property finally sold for £125000, significantly lower than my offer. It would be interesting to know why I wasn’t contacted prior to the house selling well below my offer price.

We cannot thank Allie and Rob at the Barnsley branch enough for their fast service, excellent communication, going above and beyond and most important…the patience they have had with myself and partner. I would not use any other estate agents as I have never felt so secure leaving the team with the house sale and assisting with buying our property too and ensuring we are protected mentally in such a stressful time. GoogleWere very helpful, accommodating & friendly from the get go. We had seen the property we bought and called up to view it. Everything was done very quickly that day for us to view that day which didn't look hopefully at first when we got news the owners were about to take it off the market. Luckily for us we got to view it just in time & the rest is history as today we completed and was greeted by Grace on collection of our keys who is most helpful and always happy to assist nothing is is too much -Thank you for all your assistance.
