GoogleBARNSLEY BRANCH I would highly recommend Merryweathers. They work very fast, are very polite and were very helpful whenever me and my partner had a question. Our agent Jess is brilliant! She was the person we were in contact throughout the whole process. She would sort out our queries as quickly as possible. It was truly a pleasure. I'm sure anyone who contacts them will experience the same great service, 5 stars from us!

I called up on Saturday the 25th at 11am to chase up a email enquiry I sent threw zoopla. The lady who answered the call was quite rude and when I explained I was just calling to chase a email enquiry i sent she answered "we get so many enquiries through zoopla we hardly check them". The property we where enquiring about was not available for viewings and I was then told they do not know when the property will be available. To top it all off, I was then offered a alternative property that we wasn't even eligible for.

GoogleTheir rental process was a nightmare because I'm self employed they had to do a million checks and charge me ridiculous amounts of money for 50 different things, even though I'd been paying rent on time for the past 4 years previously and on time. Some of the staff were rude and abrupt. The checking out process and handing keys back was much more pleasant and straightforward and I want to thank Louise specifically for this. She was polite and courteous and made things really easy.
