GoogleI had to firmly ask the representative to leave my home. Intimidating, rude, arrogant, actually argued on me I mean argued not discussed,, asked me questions not relevant to house value, forcibly as though I were being interrogated by a police officer, ripped my house apart verbally which has recently been refurbished and all works inspected by a QUALIFIED Surveyor and Building Control Inspector. Came with distinct attitude of wanting to devalue my property. It was so intimidating I wondered if I may have to call police. I lost the plot and firmly told her to leave my property NOW..she was still giving it large on her way out of the door. Luckily recorded it on my phone and CCTV. A very unpleasant experience for a woman living alone...I feel they knew I wanted to sell, thought I was desperate and attempted to take advantage of that.

GoogleExcellent Estate Agents, I would highly recommend. Professional, efficient and polite staff. Always ready to offer advice and answer any questions I might have. Never failed to keep me informed of updates and represented the sale of our property with everybody's interests taken into account. Even before everything is complete, It has always been a pleasure to deal with this Estate Agents.
