GoogleI could not have received better service from the Melvyn Danes Team. My property sold within days and they were there from start to finish to support me and deal with any issues. Nothing was too much trouble. Larissa was a Saint. She has so much patience. I was quite nervous making serious decisions on my own, so It was great to have a knowledgeable listening ear!! GoogleThrough some very difficult times it has taken us 12 months to sell our house. Pat, Larissa and the rest of the team at the Wythall branch have been brilliant . They have kept me calm with words of encouragement, ringing me to see how I am and to keep me updated with everything along the way. GoogleThe staff at Danes wythall were absolutely fantastic. They work extremely hard to ensure you are kept up to date and understand what you need to do. They go above and beyond to give the best advice and a really fantastic service. They are so helpful and very friendly and helpful. I had to call them numerous times to check things out and they were always lovely and helpful. I think Danes are the best agents you can use .. The day I moved they helped me find another removal company as I was let down at the last minute. When I got yo my house they went out and me light bulbs and also brought me a cup of coffee around. Would definitely recommend them. There the best

GooglePhoned up wanting to rent my property with them all I got was constant questioning rather than passing on a message for the manger to call me back. If this was the pain for a simple enquiry not for me. Avoid try someone else that values your business

GoogleOffer accepted on a house however the previous buyer pulled out due to survey. The estate agent didn’t bother to find out why and couldn’t explain the issues the previous buyer had when we asked. When we carried out our own survey on the property it came back with major structural issues and it should be cash buyers only (confirmed by surveyor ). How did the estate agent not realise this when originally putting it on for sale? A total waste of our time. The lady on the phone even said we noticed a few cracks but didn’t think it would be cash buyers only. This is why estate agents should get surveyors to look at properties.estate agents don’t have the knowledge clearly

Best thing we did, service was fab & Jo who deals with all the chasing up is the best! Good value for money, friendly staff & no hidden extras in the price!
