GoogleI went there with my family and a staff member named Hasan was extremely helpful and his approach to us was very friendly and he really made us feel welcomed and comfortable. Hasan definitely made our experience great and we are very satisfied with the service that was given to us. Definitely visiting again and recommending to friends and family.

GoogleArranged a viewing for which my partner took time out of her work day to attend at 5.30pm, bloke did not turn up at all, reason being 'sorry running late'. After twelve years of dealing with estate agents in London, this does zero to improve the image I have been forced by the behaviours of estate agents and agencies to build up around this industry of individuals who give the appearance of caring very little for prospective clients and, in some cases, actual clients. Do not make your inability to manage your time professionally the problem of strangers.

GoogleLet me start off by saying AVOID THIS REAL ESTATE AGENCY AT ALL COSTS! We saw a flat that we loved and made an offer straight away. It was requested that we paid the holding deposit, administrative fees and one months rent upfront prior to receiving confirmation that we were approved. We questioned this at the time and the estate agent agreed that is was a strange request and not standard practice but it was what the landlord had requested. We ended up paying the fees and waited for numerous weeks for a confirmed move in date and a copy of our tenancy agreement. We had already planned the date of when we would be moving out due to another contract ending/upcoming holiday and this was extremely clear to the estate agent. We were told that we would 'probably' be able to move in on the specified date that we requested and that it shouldn't be an issue - but never gave us a straight answer. Every single day, we were promised a call back with an update on when we would receive our tenancy agreement. We continuously chased this up only to be told that the staff were not in the office or that we would receive a call back later in the day but we rarely did. When we did end up hearing from them, their excuse was that the landlord takes their time replying as they correspond via email due to the landlord living abroad. After weeks of waiting for our tenancy agreement (remember, these people had our money), we were advised that they were 'very sorry' but the landlord had decided to rent her flat out to a family member instead. We requested our money back and were told it would take 5 business days for the refund to be processed. The money was refunded after 5 working days EXCEPT for the administrative fees as they 'made an error'. I requested to speak with the finance department but I was advised that they do not speak to the public. We chased the administrative fees, thankfully we were refunded this in the end after days of endless chasing. Due to this happening, we had 5 DAYS after arriving from an overseas trip to find a new home, pay all of the fees for our new home (which we didn't have at the time due to Martin Brooks having hold of the funds) and organising the logistics of our move as well as having to take out an international transfer due to the fact we were waiting for our funds to be refunded.

GoogleGangster business. They take your money, do not deliver and try all the tricks in the book to avoid paying back. No wonder in the words of one of their estate agents they had 'fallen out with the landlord' of a property they took my money on. Awful people - need to be shut down as clearly don't understand how to run a business with strategic relationships. Donuts!
