GoogleMake sure you read all documents before you put down a deposit and sign as they're quick to keep your money if you don't have all of your documentation Whithin 5 days most of these agencies are scams if they're agency fee isn't refundable. I gave them my documentation except for one that was late due to it not being in my name so had to wait for roommate to download recent utility bill. Supposedly they only give you your refund back if landlord refuses application for what ever reason

Working together, they found a resident who found an ideal home very quickly. The only thing I would say is that it would need to make very clear when there is a 20% VAT on top of the introduction service charge.
