GoogleI didn't think that i would be able to get any help. But a young lady by the name of letisha (apologies for the misspell if i did) had greatly assisted me in my search. I would definitely recommend martin brookes and if i do it's because of this respectful young lady.

GoogleWASTE OF TIME! we had a viewing at 5.30. we arrived there 5 min earlier and phoned them around 5.45, they said the agent was on his way. After waiting under the rain 45 min we decided to leave. I called them to let them know we left, they asked me if we could wait a bit longer obviously I said no. DONT WASTE YOURTIME WITH THIS AGENCY.

GooglePLEASE READ MY COMMENT AND AVOID THIS AGENCY AT ALL COST! I tried to purchase a property listed by Martin Brookes (Edmonton) recently and I have never faced an agency that makes you chase them up as much as they did, what makes it even worse is that I was a potential buyer and they made me feel like they're doing me favour by buying this property. Firstly when I arranged to view a property they never showed up, told me there were stuck in traffic and they will be there soon and told me to go in and view the property until they arrive (which is understandable) but after I called them when the tenant showed me around, they told me there wont be anyone coming down. Never-less, I was still very keen on this property and made couple offers to them but every time I emailed them I got no response, or if i called I always got the same response, 'Ian Walters our Sales Manager will call or email you' and guess what, this never happened, and the times it did happen I had to chase Ian the Sales Manager up every single day via emails and calls to see if my offer had been accepted or not. Never met an agency so disorganised, please i'm letting you know so you don't have to go through any of the unprofessional behaviour that I went through. Thanks for taking time to read this.
