GoogleWe would like to say a massive thank you to the Martin Brookes' team, especially Ian Walters and Craig (I've forgotten his surname) for their patience and support in helping us in our hour of need. They went out of their way to help us with a request that wasn't usually the norm! They were relentless and committed in their persistence - nothing was too much trouble - of helping us to find exactly what we were looking for (we were very specific in our requirements). They even gave impartial advice and guidance to help us secure the right deal. Their dedication to our cause will cause them to reap a bountiful harvest as Estate Agents for many years to come, and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone who is looking to buy, sell or rent. The buzz of the team is also positively infectious and a great example of how a good business should be run; delivering excellent customer /client service. Anyone that has an encounter with them will be sure to have a positive outcome and we are grateful for all their efforts. Thank you again.

GoogleI have had such an amazing experience with Martin Brookes! I just got the keys to my new place thanks to Rachael Bonnefemme. The Senior Sales Consultant Rachael guided me and helped through the whole process as this was all new to me. I could not of asked for any better service, the staff were all amazing and friendly. I would give them more then 5* if i could!!! Thank you for helping and housing me and my family!!

GoogleCommunication and quality of service is appalling I was not told about my tenant being in arrears by a substantial amount. I don't receive monthly statements Do not use this company if you want your property taken care of I have added some pictures of how my property looked and it was only because pictures were sent to me by someone else that I got to know about this mess.. These are pictures of my house after the tenant left Martin Brookes told me I am responsible for removing anything the tenant left behind. They dont keep a security deposit and I had no report sent to me at the end of this terrible tenancy. I had to get another company to change the locks because this company had been so incompetent. These pictures were sent to me by someone else not Brookes!!!

Dear Miss Pope, we have been managing your property for over 10 years and this is the first time we have had a problem with the tenants we have provided in respect of communication and arrears. We endeavour to find the best tenants but occasionally for one reason or another things do not always go to plan. I agree that the communication on our part can and should have been better. We sincerely do apologise and again request a contact number for you in the United States so we can speak directly as emails do not always present the right tone.

GoogleRachael is wonderful, the service has been amazing, it has been so stressful trying to find somewhere but she has always kept in contact with me consistently trying to find what was suitable for me and I now have the keys to my new three bedroom house!!! I would definitely recommend anyone that is looking to rent. If I could give them more then 5* I would.

GoogleHave had a wonderful experience with Martin Brookes Estate Agents, First time I have used them. They have been so attentive and found me a property that matches my requirements. I dealt with Rachael Bonnefemme Who was my Senior Property Consultant, she was AMAZING I ALWAYS WAS KEPT UPDATED ON PROPERTIES THAT COME UP ON THE MARKET. Unlike a few agents in the north London area never seem to have any stock or I don't get updated atall on what comes on the market. However at MARTIN BROOKES the staff are lovely and made my move in stress free. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM AND GIVE THEM MORE THEN 5* IF I COULD.

FacebookTerrible and incompetent company poor communication they allowed rent arrears to build up at my property without telling me wouldnt provide monthly statements. The arrears got so bad I had to take the tenant to court.They told me they would apply for a bailif to remove the tenant. Then I heard nothing! I had to contact the office to find out what was happening. They will not take care of your property the owner Craig Campbell has never emailed to apologize for the poor service This also happened to someone else I know who also lost lots of rental money

My property was left in a disgusting state after the tenant was evicted. I had full management on the website it states a (1) a monthly statement will be sent. This didnt happen and the tenant was allowed to go into arrears without me knowing the full extent of the problem (2) Register the tenants deposit on your behalf I have been told I am responsible for anything the tenant leaves behind and the state it is left in. (3) Arrange vacation at the end of the term of the agreement (4) Supervise inventory check at the end of the tenancy.Obviously this didnt happen. These pictures were taken by another property manameng company who I asked to go and change the locks because I was so fed up with the incompetent service I had received
