GoogleAwful after care service. Passed on issues about a new property before we moved in. 4 months later none of the issues have been dealt with and just get passed pillar to post. Complaints aren’t dealt with and ignored. Awful service all round.

GoogleHave two complaints and both refer to housing Ombudsman. I have been threatened by neighbour and they don't care. They just want your money DO NOT BUY OR RENT FROM LNQ

GoogleThis sham of an organisation is corrupt to the core. Thankfully we got out. But it destroyed our lives. No one in any position is remotely qualified for said position. Every stop of so called management are there only to protect the level below them. Systemic racism towards white people. Homophobic, resent any residents who are private. Seen only as a cash cow to line their own pockets. L&Q is a registered charity. With a CEO earning £300k+ per annum. Please please have no dealings with this organisation. Your life will turn upside down. You will become sick and ill.

GoogleStaff absolutely useless. They can’t even trace their own property. Had to ring 6 times and each occasion was a waste of time, one employee just hangs up on you and the other five just passes the buck. However, one employee did call me back as the phone line dropped, I was very appreciative of that. I realised immediately that that this was mature person, like myself, that understood what customer care is all about. Sadly, the younger ones lack knowledge, rude and just want to take the money. They have no interest in their job, sadly, this seems to be generic in today’s public service generation.These institutes seem to recruit and appoint people because it ticks a box. Irrelevant of their experience
