GoogleWater pours into my property whenever it rains. L&Q have been aware of this for well over a month and yet anything is yet to be done to rectify the issue. My furniture is damaged, my flooring needs to be replaced, and the issue is only getting worse.
Build quality is absolutely appalling and it is impossible to get issues resolved in a timely manner. I've been waiting over 3 months since the day I completed for a lot of my repairs to be done, some as simple as a missing knob in the shower (something you'd assume to be a quick and simple fix).
The aftersales team is completely useless. I would not recommend buying a property at all.

GoogleWe visited L&Q Beauchamp Park last Saturday and, besides the development that is really nice, we need to rec-ignise Karen for all kindness and support she gave to us. She is really amazing! π Thank you very much once more, Karen! β¦

GoogleIt's a pity the houses are a bit out of my price range.
I love the fact that they are built with wide doors and seem to be more airy.
The marketing suite is amazing, I've been to loads of other sites, and this company makes it feel like your stepping into a hotel lobby. Amazing space.

Where the same review appears twice we show it once. We leave out reviews that name another agent or another of the brand's offices.
