Googleworst attention ever we have been chasing a roof leak for over 3 years and nothing has been done we have made numerous complaints called everyone possible and they keep sending unhelpful people that dont know what they are doing our beds have been damaged, no compensation for the time wasted and days we have taken off work to be able to stay home and wait for someone to tell us that they cant do nothing about it, that they will call us back etc etc. I hope who ever reads this gets back to us because till this say the roof is still leaking and eventually the roof will cave in, and i hope that not what L&Q are waiting for to happen

GooglePrejudiced staff against disabled people, in my experience they go out of their way to bully residents who they take a disliking to; mainly the ones who complain about them or their anti social tenants. They put up a fake front that they care and are a charity, but in reality they lie, manipulate and have delusions of grandeur (think they are special and important). Zero empathy or compassion and do not care what you are going through as it is not them suffering, how they havent been shut down by now is beyond me, but they are very good actors some of them.

GoogleNo care for the residents. Properties in state of disrepair. No maintenance done. Estates are unsafe for children. Could go on but what's the point?
