GoogleAbsolute rubbish..... repairs never get done, the pumps on the sewers keep breaking, my house stinks of sewage, all the street lights have gone in the close nothing has been done about it and all the repairs I report in my property never get fixed, it's an absolute joke, what am I paying rent for? 😡 …

GoogleWhat a rogue landlord, they take your rent and find it hard to do any repairs and basically tell you, it's down to you, to fix any repairs needed. One star is too good for them.

GoogleRubbish service. I pay over £300 for rent and the repair don't get fixed, say that it's on us to do everything! like it's not even our house!!! never even contacted us when they came to "fix" our pipes, which were not even broken in the first place. wasted our time, even though we had plans they wasted 2 hours of our time, and when we emailed all they said was "sorry", sorry is not good enough! been over 14 years in this house and not once have we had anything re-done, the floor is sinking which they say it isn't, disgraceful! Never even reply to their letting's email address. repairs teams is rubbish and customer services is even worse. overcrowded yet they do not care. FIX YOURSELVES!
