GoogleThe most unorganised,untrustworthy Housing I have known....they lie they take your money bit never complete a job correctly and some over due for over 3 years unbelievable .... I am registered disable and have mental health issues (bipolar) being one ..... chronic osteo artherytes All I can only say is that Beaver housing was a much more caring

The worst housing association I have ever dealt with. Their staffs are very rude and they lies and put phone down on you. Their stupid contractor City B are rubbish they don't know what they are doing and they tell lies. When you called, they put you on hold for a long time then cut you off and you have to start the process all over again. They don't take responsibility for most repairs, they try to shift the blame onto the tenant. I try not to call their repair line unless I am desperate. All they care about is getting their rent.
