In terms of actual service at loc8me. It's all about Emma, she looks after Birmingham and I think a few other sites too. Her service level is unreal! She really does actually care about the site and the residents in it, which is definitely not something I thought would be the case. Anything which is in her control and she can make better for you, she will. Even as far as dusting my apartment for me before I moved in (not really, I tried to get her to but she refused :-( .. ) Apart from that one blot on her record, I can't fault her or her team one bit and I'm as skeptical as they come! Absolute top tier service! Thank you

Loca8me recently took over the bywater house property in Birmingham and honestly, it was really poor initially as the manager totally lacked empathy about the ongoing maintenance issues and surely was not very responsive and nice. Things completely changed when Emma Rogers took over as the property manager. She is nothing but kind, understanding and very much responsive. It's not every day that I get to see someone going above and beyond for their clients, tenants and mainly their job. Emma is very approachable and is always there regardless of what time/day it is, she makes sure to put her tenants first which I have never seen with any of the previous managers. At the same time, she is also very transparent about everything which makes her the best! I have extended my contract for another year now as Emma has made things really smooth. Thank you :)

We posted a previous review on this company describing their faults and the poor service we had throughout our tenancy, and while the issues did occur, Lauren & Ashley from the Manchester team visited us to discuss our problems. They offered a profuse apology & have since resolved the maintenance issues we had expressed. Although this doesn’t negate the issues we had with the company and the house, we were glad to receive a proactive approach to our complaints
