Phil G came round from Loc8me to help with a few maintenance jobs at the house and did a great job. He fixed issues with the door stops, helped clear and tidy the garden, and sorted several other bits around the property. Everything was done to a really high standard. Phil was friendly, professional, and really helpful throughout the visit. He explained what he was doing and made sure everything was properly sorted before he left. As a really nice extra touch, he even left us little goodie bags at the end which was completely unexpected and very appreciated. Really pleased with the service and how efficiently everything was handled.

They charged £77 for the replacement of a broken toilet seat without telling the tenants how much this was going to cost prior to the instalment. We were also not notified when the toilet seat was going to be replaced. I would not recommend using loc8me, go with Parr Houses or Toplets instead.

GoogleMy daughter is at one of their properties in Nottingham (Lake St). Not long after moving in the girls noticed bed bugs in a few of the bedrooms - the issue was reported to this managing agency, who all but ignored the communication. Eventually after repeated requests to rectify this issue (which was clear but cannot be proven that the bed bug issue was existing before these girls moved in), they sent out someone to fumigate. This has turned out to be unsuccessful as the issue has become a problem again, and now (again after repeated ignored communication) this agency is now asking them to pay £300 upfront before any more treatment is provided. I am a landlord and property manager myself so I know this industry well and I know full well that pest control is a landlord responsibility. If this matter is not resolved in a prompt fashion (the girls have waited long enough), the next step will be environmental health with Nottingham council, the Property Ombudsman and ARLA. This agency is diabolical in their attitude towards tenants. Avoid Avoid Avoid.

I was a tenant with Loc8me Liverpool for nearly 3 years. Upon leaving, they attempted to charge me £195 (more than my entire deposit) for a 'professional deep clean.'
