The network of reliable contractors she has built over the years has paid dividends in ensuring urgent work can be completed within a reasonable timescales. The in-house maintenance team provide invaluable support in scoping works and ensuring the smaller repair tasks are very quickly dealt with. Since Loc8 bought out our existing letting agent in Durham, we have found their systems and processes to be clunky and lacking in joined up thinking and certainly not looking at things from the landlord perspective. It seems to be very much drivrn by a Loc8me head office perspective. However we would also say that the staff who have remained in situ from the existing letting agent and are now with Loc8me Durham - namely Rachel, Megan and Phil, were and remain first class, personable and helpful at all points and in fact it is only because of their helpful attitudes that we have remained with loc8me.
