I have recently moved in my apartment at Park Central West. As an agent, Samuella helped me in each stage of my renting process as much as she could! She is always very friendly, helpful and very easy to communicate. She tried to answer all my questions and did her best to make this process go more smoothly. Thanks for everyting.

Thank again to Ibrchim and Kamil . My washing machine and stove broke down at the same time last week, due to a business trip can only be guaranteed. By the time I came back, the washing machine had been replaced with a brand new one. Thanks again for the help of the staff.

Amazing service by staff- Maintenance takes only 24 hours to be fixed. Our laundry machine dryer was not working and we got a brand new machine within 12 hours. Big thanks to SOKOL!

Fahim Munayem is the best leasing agent I have ever met, he was very responsive when I needed to find an apartment and found a property that I was very happy with in a very short time. During the six months I lived in park central west, he was always quick and helpful whenever I had a problem.

Whether or not this South Asian-faced woman with long, straight black hair is a member of management, she should be get out of the company. She discriminates. At first I went to your office to enquire about the rental service in A502 and A301 and a woman in your office with Asian looking long straight black hair turned me down, saying I was not allowed to rent because I was a student. But I am on a work visa and not a student visa, I have proof of income, so why would she say I am a student and not allow me to rent any of your properties, whether they are two or three bedroom, furnished or unfurnished. Two days later, you contacted me. I clearly asked again if your company still allowed students to rent rooms and you said yes. We then had good communication until the first step of the rental contract. Someone had provided information earlier than me, but no deposit was paid. After that, I went to your office. I asked the woman with the long straight black hair to take care of it but she said "no longer work in here" and went to receive another customer who came behind me to see the property. I then waited until another colleague of yours gave your colleague information about the rental. Your colleague said that she had used your account to register the rental for me because you were not working. Then she said I could then pay the deposit on the spot. Things were already in progress when the woman with long straight black hair came back to the office and blocked the colleague who had registered me. Said I needed to wait for the other person who had registered to give up before I was eligible to pay the deposit. She said that she would not offer me a two-room flat because I was a student and would only accept me for the more expensive three-room flat, the funny thing being that I had asked her if I could rent the three-room flat. She refused me firmly and refused to show me the flat. After my visits to your office and her repeated refusal to rent a room, I decided to give up on renting a room at your office. I seriously suspect that she is discriminating and that she treats me differently than she treats others. I suspect she discriminates against Chinese people, students, and the lgbt community. This woman repeatedly changed her reasons for not letting me rent and shifted the blame to other employees. The warm welcome to other customers was clearly a simple case of not wanting to rent to me. Even though she is your supervisor, an employee like this is damaging to your company's reputation and performance. It is unconscionable that a company that handles rentals keeps refusing tenants to come and rent. She has done serious damage to the social image of your company and I don't think any tenant would want to meet such a real estate agent. Whether or not this South Asian-faced woman with long, straight black hair is a member of management, she should be get out of the company. She discriminates.

I am a former tenant of Park Central West and recently left the development. Hopefully this is a useful and honest reflection of my time living there. The positives: - great modern development with some very useful, practical amenities and nice-to-haves such as the gym, co-working space, Cinema room etc - staff are generally friendly and upbeat, Samuella in particular has always been fantastic and a positive energy - location is perfect, E&C has changed so much in recent years and is a great spot to live, well connected, good local bars and restaurants, great transport connections - generally the apartments are modern, clean, quite spacious and to an okay quality. The negatives: - expensive for what you get in reality - we did unfortunately have a number of issues from two brand new appliances being replaced in less than 9 months, to floorboards coming up and a leak in the bathroom - luckily maintenance are responsive, professional and friendly but not great for a new build property. - the referencing process is tedious and the management don't seem to fully understand everything that's required and can't override their third party process which is insane - they're also not that responsive and need to be chased multiple times - simple things around a large development are just a bit annoying - the parcel room for one is absurd, a single room for 3-4 blocks, overflowing half the time, parcels strewn all over the place, stuff going missing... really poorly conceived and blaming a lack of space in the other buildings shows that things just haven't been thought through, and for a place this large, no rubbish chutes (I'm not American btw but in large buildings, there is a reason they're standard in new blocks these days!) - management in general - as mentioned, certain team members have been great but we did have a number of issues, from a bizarre meter registration mix up to updating our referencing and other minor things, the team aren't very proactive and very binary in their response - I don't think they have any remit to do anything which should be addressed. A classic was that the fitted wardrobes are too short to hang up a standard size shirt and when a manager came to visit and agreed, the response being that 'moving the rail further up would invalidate the warranty but we'll pass on the feedback for future developments' - just bizarre. - cleanliness of the common areas could be improved at the weekends For those reading, some of these comments probably seem tedious but at nearly £1400 per month each (not incl. bills) for a 3-person flat share, this is not a cheap place to live and details like this should be sorted, and the reality is, there are similar places that get this stuff right that charge less. Overall - a cool place to live but don't expect a hassle free time and you're paying a premium for a new, up and coming development and location, not the service you receive. Oh and fantastic rooftop views!

My experience here was pretty good overall. The maintenance team especially was always prompt and helpful. -1 star for the crazy high prices and odd restrictions on usage of the games and movie room.

Sokol is definitely the expert for building maintenance, I thought the toilet issue gonna take a whole day, remove the wall etc. however, I just reported in midnight, then Sokol came in the morning, this gentleman is very efficient, polite and professional, fixed the problem within one hour, saved my day.

In terms or the flat itself, no major complaints. Any minor issues was sorted out relatively quickly by the buildings maintenance team. What really lets this place down is the management team. Unprofessional and down right rude a lot of the time (with the exception of a few lovely staff members). The private WhatsApp group of the tenants consists of daily horror stories of what they have had to put up with from the management team. At the end of the day, tenants pay a lot of money to rent here and deserve to be treated with respect. For example, on one occasion, 1 tenant (without the knowledge of the hundreds of other tenants in the building) made a mess in the cinema room. The buildings management teams response was to ban the entire building from using the cinema room at night in some sort of strange power move. Any polite requests by tenants to review this policy we’re rudely shut down with an aggressive reply essentially consisting of - read your contract, we can do what we want. Parcel room was an absolute mess when I stayed, again management were pretty useless at any attempts to resolve. Was pretty much impossible to receive any post for months (at a place where there is meant to be a ‘24 hour concierge’) I invite anyone looking to stay here to think twice before serious changes are made. The building has fantastic potential to be a happy environment, but the management team’s authoritarian, rude and frustrating approach to running the building makes Park Central West not worth the money at this present moment in time I’m afraid.

I would like to give a good review to Mr. Sokol in the maintenance department. As one of the maintenance department, he was able to help the residents with hardware problems in the flat in the first instance. In particular, after we had a problem with our door, he promptly helped us to replace a new lock. I would like to thank him for helping us out so much!
